Got given a faulty product and after several emails and attempts to get in contact with the company I have heard nothing back.

My order took almost 2 months to arrive, only arriving after a series of emails. When it did finally arrive it didn't even have a charger. I was really excited about this purchase as I had bought one for my friend about a year ago and all the packaging and branding was so lovely and she had really positive reviews of the product. However, I didn't receive any of that and now instead have wasted my money on something I can't even use. I have repeatedly asked for a refund via email but have had no response. I have a very low income job and so spending almost £30 is quite a lot of money for me and something I have been waiting for for quite some time. I really hate writing things like this especially towards a company that i ultimately think is really cool and I am sure that this is probably just a slip up but to lose that much money and not even get anything functional is really disappointing.

I’ve tried so many viral sex toys and for me, the lofty claims never matched the experience. I was naturally dubious of first base, but I was wrong. It’s incredible. The perfect size and so comfortable. And now they deliver internationally!
