I’m so pleased with this company’s performance! I’d recently ordered a pair of Adidas from another website and they’d only sent me one shoe and told me to call the police and report it stolen instead of refunding me. So I ordered the same shoes from this company and got my shoes in a timely manner and no damage. Shoes fit perfectly and I even got the extra pair of laces that went with the shoes.

Delivery to pickup address not to specified
I paid shipment. But delivery of parcel was not to stated delivery address, it was to pick-up address. Why are you acceptimg deliveries which are not in accordance to specified address? I wan not able to pickup therefore parcel will be returned. I will not buy again from your website.

Very bad experience with ordering to…
Very bad experience with ordering to Sweden, in case you need to make return this store is not providing return label, so you will have to pay 350 sek yourself and they are not willing to cooperate in this matter. At the same time web store operate in “.se” domain which totally misleads you in the end when they start to use excuse of international shipment (even within EU…)

Because of this, we unfortunately do not provide return labels for international orders, and customers are free to choose whichever courier they prefer.
When you choose to exchange an item, we do cover the shipping cost of sending the new item back to you as a courtesy.

I had to pay DHL 123$ import duty for…
I had to pay DHL 123$ import duty for two pairs of shoes, shipping was already $45. Duty should be included in shipping cost, my original order was $415 and ended up costing over $530 for two pairs of shoes.

Be aware: the total shown at checkout is not the true total.
I paid $45 for shipping, and the checkout total looked final. However, I was then charged an additional $123 by DHL at delivery. There was no indication at checkout that extra charges would be due, and nothing like “duties not included” or any estimate before payment. The only reference is buried in terms and conditions or a separate link, which is not the same as clear disclosure at the point of purchase.
At minimum, this should be clearly disclosed at checkout. Some sort of indication that duties are NOT included.
This matters because the extra charge was material ($123 which is greater than 30% of the original cost of the shoes) and significantly changed the total cost. You’re essentially forced to decide at the door whether to pay or risk a complicated international return.
Customer service acknowledged that this “may not have been clear,” but still declined any goodwill resolution. Customer service was not at all helpful.
Many other international retailers either include duties at checkout or clearly flag that they’re not included before payment. That wasn’t the case here at all.
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, assume the final cost may be 20–30% higher than what you see at checkout. Given the experience I would absolutely not recommend this retailer to any international buyers.

Ordering from the U.S.
If you're ordering from the U.S., keep in mind that shipping costs $38, and you'll also have to pay import taxes, which in my case came to an additional $75. In total, I ended up paying $292 for an order that was originally $180. At first, it seemed cheaper to buy this way than from resale shops, but in the end, it came out to the same price.
As for the store, they’re excellent. Everything arrived as it should have; it only took a week to arrive, considering I’m in Florida, USA—it was VERY fast. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and are pretty!
