Years ago, Work Week Lunch recommend the professional chef knife from Nagano Knives. Fortunately my attentive family gift one to me for Christmas and it has been my favorite cooking tool ever since. The handle is easy to hold, and the blade is smooth like button. I went on to purchase a cleaver for my father who uses it at every carne asada possible.

Fast forward to this year, I'm purchasing the same knife for my boyfriend's Christmas present and TA-DA! Customer service reaches out and throws in another knife for $FREE 99! I'm so excited to gift it to my future brother-in-law and share this company with my new family.

The knives seem to of decent quality, however there is no way to call someone if your order isn’t right?! One of the knives I ordered had a blemish on it, I wanted to exchange it but they do not have anyway to talk to someone real.

Ordered the chef set based on a recommendation. Prompt delivery, beautiful packaging (if you consider gifting, it’s really nice).
So far I like the product and it’s my go to knife in the kitchen these days. excellent customer service, a company that stands behind their product. Highly recommend.

I ordered a knife as a gift for my husband for Christmas. Without my knowing an additional knife was added to my order as a thank you. I received the order today and it far exceeded my expectations. I noticed after submitting my order that I failed to input a coupon code correctly, so I emailed customer service about it. They were so gracious issued me the partial refund. When the knives arrived, they were beautiful and sharp.

I received two knives as an early Christmas gift from my parents and have already used them both. They actually only ordered the Classic Nakiri, but the company reached out to them and said they were going to include the Classic Chef for free, which was very generous. They arrived in beautiful packaging and the knives look pristine. They are high quality and very sharp. I just purchased a bread knife from them after seeing how great the quality is. I'm excited to use these more!

What did I do? I was an Instagram click bait sucker, BUT….these knives are awesome! I’ve only used them for two weeks but they are incredible! They cut effortlessly, are weighted perfectly, and are beautiful to look at. They actually make cooking much more fun!

I absolutely love these knives and this company. They are excellent quality. The company was even kind enough to give me a free gift with purchase. Every person who has used my knives loves them and wants some for themselves. This is the second set that I have bought and this is for my parents. I plan on using them as gifts in the future and putting their knives on my wedding registry. This knife set really is a good investment.
