Easy to order online and a speedy delivery right to the front door. Excellent service and was exceptionally happy with the delivery. Coal is also brilliant to burn with a super heat.

Recently received notification that they are unable to deliver and will be issuing a full refund Great but they took my money on 28 Nov and the notification of funds will be 10 days as of 14th Dec Money is tight for everyone but I now have to wait til the money is in my account BEFORE I can look for a new supplier This is such shoddy service

Not for the ordinary person
We ordered what we as 2 people need from a company that we trying out for the first time..and we know they deliver in our village, were told the £179 was not a big enough order.
So obviously we were disappointed but now we know...don't ever order from nairn fuels...

Another quality delivery
The logs were as ordered, delivered on time and in a tidy fashion. Logs were very woody. Peat was very peat'ish, driver was friendly and knowledgeable. 12T of softwood, 12x 35kg bags of peat, 4 large bags of kindling.

Easy to order and quick delivery…
Easy to order and quick delivery considering I had been quoted 5-6 weeks from another local supplier. Good price too. Logs delivered into my garden as requested. All look good and am looking forward to lighting my stove later. Some minor issues - I couldn't access the delivery schedule on the website and didn't get a confirmatory email. Despite these, I will be ordering again.
