Terrible customer support. I have loved the nails I have gotten in the past. They have always arrived within a few days and held up well. This time, I bought some over a month ago and it says the order is still being processed. I understand that sometimes issues happen and that's normal. However, I have reached out to support three times by email, one time by chat, and even called the number listed on the website. I have not heard anything back from anyone. I am hoping that by giving a poor review SOMEONE will finally reach out to me and fill my order. I am really disappointed about how hard it is to get help from an order that I paid for, but have not received.

Ordered on December 2nd. Website doesn't mention anything about delays, they're still advertising black friday deals. Emailed customer support on December 11, no response. Tried using the customer support chat feature on their website on the 17th, no response. I will be attempting to dispute the charge with my CC company.

Never received my order and no one responds to my emails.

I ordered a set on 9/26 and never received a confirmation if it shipped. I emailed customer service to find out what was going on 10/9. It’s been a month and I never received a reply from them or received the product. Don’t order from them, there are other sites that sell similar products.

Ordered for years, sang their praises, ordered 1/4/25, never got, emailed repeatedly , order history even says unfulfilled, zero response, asked for refund zero response

I ordered and paid on January 6th 2025 and have gotten nothing yet on January 20th 2025. I have messaged them on Facebook and have emailed support 3 times and no response at all. Now I just want a refund.

They used to be great to buy nail Wraps from but my order shipped with an untraceable tracking number and a month later I never received and the company does not respond to their chat or emails.
