BAD BUSINESS AND POOR COMMUNICATION
Bought an item A MONTH AGO and there has been no communication regarding updates on my order. I emailed them twice after waiting several days for a response and then finally DM'd them on their social media page. They responded to that, requesting my email; they hearted my answer and then ghosted. They're profile disappeared so they either deleted their social account or blocked me for some weird reason. Still haven't received my order or an update for arrival. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund and still no reply. I want to support culture and small businesses, so this is VERY disappointing. Would give zero stars if I could.
