If you need a refund from this company, DO NOT ACCEPT PARTIAL REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT if you are within the 30‑DAY RETURN POLICY. Request a FULL REFUND IN WRITING, keep SCREENSHOTS OF THE RETURN POLICY AND ORDER RECEIPT, and save all emails.
If they insist that a FULL REFUND IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM TO CHINA (which was NOT DISCLOSED BEFORE PURCHASE), ESCALATE TO YOUR BANK AND REQUEST A CHARGEBACK. This was the only effective way to move forward in my case.
My experience: the website advertised “EASY 30‑DAY RETURNS” and presented itself as a UK / EU RETAILER (UK DELIVERY, EU COMPANY ADDRESS). When I requested a refund, I received repeated automated‑style responses offering PARTIAL REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT, with the percentage increasing each time I refused. A full refund was only offered if I shipped the item to CHINA, something not stated anywhere at checkout.
ADVICE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS:
DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, DECLINE PARTIAL OFFERS IF YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, AND DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ESCALATE IF UNDISCLOSED INTERNATIONAL RETURN CONDITIONS ARE IMPOSED.
