Clueless support

Clueless support, even once you get past the worst chat bot in history.

Edit: They were pretty helpful afterwards. So still terrible chat bot, but once you get past the first level of support things actually start moving.

Unacceptable conduct and unsuitable trading advice
I had a very concerning experience with NAGA.
My assigned Account Manager contacted me outside business hours, on his official day off, and asked me to enter the market at around 1:00 AM (local time) when the market opened. During this after‑hours contact, I was pressured to open a highly leveraged 12‑lot position on a small retail account (approx. $3,600).
This advice was clearly unsuitable for a retail client and resulted in the loss of my entire deposited funds.
I submitted a formal internal complaint (Case 3082521) supported by call logs and trade history. Despite this, NAGA repeatedly rejected the complaint without addressing the after‑hours solicitation, the suitability of the advice, or the conduct of their account manager. No call recordings were reviewed or shared.
I have now escalated the matter to the Financial Services Authority (Seychelles) and CySEC, both of whom acknowledged receipt.
Based on my experience, retail traders should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this firm.

not a decent trading platform

A casino game! not decent trading platform. it has several concerning drawbacks that traders should be aware of. One of the biggest limitations is that the platform does not allow leverage lower than 1:3, usually the default is 1:100 or even more for many users.
For beginners, this is a serious issue. Leverage means borrowing money to increase your trading position. A 1:30 leverage means that for every $1 you invest, you are trading with $30. While this can amplify profits, it also magnifies losses and increases your exposure to risk.

More importantly, using higher leverage often means you are effectively borrowing more capital from the broker, which can result in higher overnight fees (swap/interest charges). This means that simply holding a position longer can cost you money, even if the trade itself isn’t moving significantly. For cautious traders who prefer low risk and minimal borrowing, not being able to reduce leverage can lead to unnecessary costs and faster account depletion.

My disappointment with Naga

I was disappointed by my account manager by the name of Cris. I came in as a new and unexperienced trader.
initially he offered guidance on market analysis and opening positions. The last time we communicated, he had recommended to open a position without stop losses and it remained open for a long time making losses. I expressed concerns about this but he kept assuring me that the market will change and I would start making profit again. By then I had more than $2000 balance on my account.
The call I got from him was that my account had moved into a zero balance because of the losses I made on the open positions.
I found this unfair, because even with my little experience I suggested that the position be closed to prevent more losses on it. He was also a bit uprupt in his communication with me.

⚠️ Warning About My Experience With NAGA Broker – Withdrawal Sent to Wrong Wallet

I want to share my experience so other traders can be careful.

I requested a USDT (TRC20) withdrawal from my NAGA account with the following details:

Withdrawal ID: 2637155
My wallet address:
TWJU9FaXJes82DrAybW8PpHimS993rKpdU

After some time, the withdrawal status in my account changed to “Successful.”

When I asked their support team for the TXID, they provided this transaction ID:

e450224ed2e6d4d9981504aca50b1810a277332665b908b0fcdf8f9c36381e89

However, after tracking the transaction on the TRON blockchain explorer, I discovered something shocking:

The funds were NOT sent to my wallet address.

Instead, the transaction was sent to a completely different address:

TNXEcNrUXXXi6522BVEXWuAHPtrEqrZB4Y

This wallet does not belong to me and was never entered by me during the withdrawal request.

I immediately contacted NAGA support and provided:

• Blockchain transaction tracking
• Screenshot of my withdrawal request
• Screenshot of my wallet address
• Proof of my deposits to their platform

Despite all the evidence, their response was simply that withdrawals are processed according to the address entered by the client and they cannot do anything once the transaction is completed.

What makes this situation even more suspicious is that when I searched the destination wallet address online, I found a Telegram account using the exact same wallet address as its name. The Telegram posts discuss TRON “energy trading” and even mention schemes where people profit from mistaken transfers that are not refunded.

This raised serious concerns for me.

I am still waiting for NAGA to provide system logs showing the wallet address that was supposedly entered in my withdrawal request, but so far they have not provided any proof.

I am sharing this experience publicly to warn other users and to encourage the company to properly investigate this matter.

If anyone from NAGA compliance or management sees this review, I would appreciate a transparent investigation and a clear explanation supported by system records.

I hope this issue can be resolved fairly.
