I placed my order on 12-13-25. Today is 12-21-25 and I still haven't received my wig. The tracking number they gave me is not telling me if my order has been shipped. The told me I should receive my order between 3 to 7 business days so by now I should at least be able to track my order. According to my order I should be receiving my product by Tuesday 12-23-25. They will not return my emails. They phone number isn't working. This seems fraudulent. I will be making a complaint about them through my bank Monday morning.

I choose nadula 9 out of 10 times because they are reliable and my unit often comes quickly even though I live in Canada.
Customer service has always been helpful in assisting me with any challenges I might have. Recently, I ordered a unit mistakenly entering the incorrect address. I was stressed. I wasn't sure that they would be able to help but after 2/3 days, customer service was most helpful in helping me to rectify my mistake. Sadly my unit had sold out by that point but customer service told me to simply choose another unit I liked and they would calculate the difference and ship it immediately. I really appreciated that.
The company can improve by sending more updates on order statuses but overall a very good company and my go-to for wigs.

I’ve only been having this wig for only 2 weeks! The hair is like a baby dollshair& excessive shedding! The tangling makes wig unwearable. It’s seems as if it is mixed with synthetic hair! I will NOT. Be ordering from this company everrrr again! I will tell everyone! I have photos of how bad this wig is!!!

Think you can buy and return later? THINK AGAIN.
I purchased hair from Nadula on November 13th. When the hair wasn't what I wanted, I followed their instructions to begin the return process -- to find that there was no link to return my items in my orders like they tell you there is. I had to send emails over and over to get them to answer because their bot picks up on the word "return" and all you get is the standard answer telling you to do what you just did. After sending photos, I was told on November 20th that I could send the hair back and that once they got it, they would arrange a refund or exchange. I mailed it back on the 24th and sent them my UPS tracking. They received my package on December 1st. On December 6th, I checked the status and was told that their warehouse just received my package and that my item "hasn't been recorded in the system yet," and that they would refund me after the warehouse checks the package. They said to contact them in a few days to check the progress. I emailed again on December 12th after still not receiving a refund and let them know that it had been 11 days since they received my package and that if I did not have my refund by end of business on the 16th, I was going to contact my credit union and request a reverse charge. Today is the 16th, and I just got off the phone with my credit union. They are reversing the charge. Not only was this just about the ugliest wig I have ever seen, but I will NEVER do business with this company ever again. So don't buy from Nadula if you think you'll be able to return your item and get your money back. They set it up so you can't. Scammers.
UPDATE TO NADULA'S REPLY: I appreciate the refund. However, 1. It's clearly problematic to tell customers that in order to start a return, they need to use a link in My Orders that doesn't even exist; 2. "Problematic" turns into "suspect" when a customer emails you about the lack of a link and gets nothing but an automatic reply directing them to do what they just did -- use a link that doesn't exist. Putting your customers in an endless loop is absolutely unacceptable. I had to send 6 emails, the last one with the subject line "HELP!", before anyone replied. 3. By the time I contacted my credit union, you'd had my item 15 days. This isn't your first Black Friday rush, and you should have planned for this. 4. Communication elevates trust. You initiated *zero* communication about my refund. I had to email you twice. You want to send endless emails and texts advertising your sales, but when it comes to refunds, you suddenly go radio silent? No customer should have to chase down a company and ask for their money back, and it shouldn't take a review to get you to respond. If you were able to refund me within 24 hours after my review, you should have been able to do so without a review. It's just too bad that I had to leave a review at all....

Nadula wigs are a waste of money
I purchased a wig from Nadula Hair, it was a total waste of Money. To start with the wig would never ever fit my head correctly, if I try to make it fit and tight the band at the back it would tug at the Side of the wig. Then tighten with the little pull at the back bottom of the wig it would slide off my head. This morning I decided to give this wig one more try and it took me a hour and half to get the wig to be presettable. They say put on and go, that is nothing a bunch of crap. It’s not put on go wig not even. Plus the wig never ever looked like in the pics or in the videos. It’s a total waste of money and not worth what I paid.
