ordered another 500ml of Nad, which arrived very quickly, as always, very well packaged and protected! It came with a cooler bag to keep the vial chilled, plus syringes for the pen, wipes, and a small wastebasket. It arrived very quickly, I'm very happy, and you consider me a loyal customer. I had some questions about my injections, as I'm under 30 and need fewer... and so you're very competent! The response was quick and very precise; all my questions were handled with care and professionalism. In France, it's not well-known, so you can't find information or buy it... anyway, the pen is super easy to use. Everything is perfect, thank you again! And of course, I can't see it on my face because I don't have wrinkles, but I feel more energetic and I sleep very well with a regular sleep schedule! Finally! It's the best! Thank for France :)

TNT had advised us the parcel would arrive within the promised timeframe, however unfortunately they did not deliver it as scheduled. We did everything we could from our side to ensure the order was dispatched promptly and upgraded appropriately.

The Longevity Journey
I have been using NAD+ At Home for over a year now after my longevity doctor recommended them in 2024 following a series of NAD+ IVs. The transition from clinical IVs to home use was seamless. I started with the syringe kits, which were great, but recently switched to the NAD+ Pen, which is a total game-changer for convenience and ease of use.

Glutathione effective for melasma
Excellent product. Been taking the glutathione since November and really felt the difference when it ran out last month. Tried another company but came back to Nad at home for their quality and equipment. Only con - provided 1-2 doses less than stated, which can add up for frequent users.

Glutathione SC inj
To be honest, I’ve always been a big fan of NAD+ SC pen injections.
Glutathione on the other hand, horrible, extremely painful, doesn’t even compare to NAD+ plus formulation. I sincerely thought I am the reason, but It also happened with my friend and with the exact same description. It’s not cheap so I think the price should be reconsidered to match the safety profile of glutathione SC inj. I am aPharmacist so I follow the entire protocol for injecting for example taking the injection out of the fridge and leaving it for 30 minutes outside or more in order to reach room temperature, rotate site of injection, and injecting in the subcutaneous fatty layer under the skin.

I was sent the wrong box
I was sent the wrong box. I ordered the 3 month plus pen pack and was just sent 3 months of refills. I had to contact you to get the pen sent. I didnt need the pen case because I had one from my NAD+ but did expect that to be sent. It wasn't.
Edit: I did think they might send something instead of the pen case by way of an apology for sending the wrong item, they didn't. Hardly the end of the world and I am still buying my NAD+ from them. No idea if I will continue with the new product, not sure how long I need to take it to notice any difference if I will at all?

Painful and stressful
Love the idea of this product but the reality is far from ideal. Huge red and very painful areas after each injection. So disappointed 😞 as I’ve followed all the instructions specially and had such high hopes for being able to have subcutaneous treatment at home.

NAD combo wellness
I ordered the NAD after seeing a lot of posts on Instagram, along with a few mixed reviews online. The ordering process was very straightforward, and the vial arrived quickly with no issues.
The product itself was easy to use and simple to self-inject—nothing complicated. Within about a week, I did notice feeling less tired, although I didn’t experience any other noticeable benefits. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow.
Two weeks later, I ordered the wellness combo. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the L-glutathione. I contacted the company and received a reply first thing the next morning, advising me to email their help team. I haven’t done that yet, but I was surprised there was no follow-up or concern about my wellbeing after reporting an allergic reaction.
Overall, I’m unsure if I would purchase again. I feel quite cautious about the products and their claimed benefits. In my opinion, they may offer some short-term effects while in use, but I’m uncertain about any long-term benefits.Think real carefully and do your research well before purchasing.
