Professional engineer.
Used NAC to get a diagnostics report to make a claim on Breach of Consumer Rights. The appointment was easy to book and I was kept informed on when the appointment would be with a time slot. Engineer was polite, efficient and professional. Taking to time to explain the issue as well as filling in a report.

First impressions of NAC repair
First impressions of NAC repair is very positive. I spoke to Sarah who was very helpful and took details of the issues I was encountering with my washing machine. She explained that this would be passed on to an engineer who would be in touch by 6pm the day before my visit (I called Monday afternoon and the engineer is coming on Wednesday (not urgent)). She then went into explain the initial call out charge and what that covered. Happy with this I paid this and am now waiting on the engineer.
The call was immediately followed up by a message to confirm what was going to happen.
Excellent customer service so far and a pleasure to deal with this company.

The Engineer was promt and waited for…
The Engineer was promt and waited for me for a while...that was brilliant. He checked out the washing machine for leaks, cleaned the drum etc...and thankfully no parts were needed. He reassured me that everything seems fine...left his phone contact and just in case the leak returned "just call me at any time "...till now the machine performance is good.so well done christopher 👏 👍
