Found this company by doing a google search as needed someone to come & look at my washing machine which had been making a very loud noise on its last spin. Spoke to a very pleasant lady called Helen who explained the cost involved and what that covered exactly. I booked an appointment and the chap was out later in the day. Within the hour the washer had been taken out, stripped down, “stray” sock removed, all put back together and working. A great find and I would highly recommend using this company.

It was quick and easy to book a service visit on the next available date online. But it would have been nice to at least be given a clue as to whether it would be am or pm.
I can't comment on the quality of the service itself, as this is prior to an engineer visit.

Washing machine
My washing machine engineer called Hayden was very nice and very knowledgeable .
He sorted out my machine and gave me some really good advice and tips.
If I have another problem I will definitely call NAC and ask for Hayden.

Avoid at all costs
Whatever you do today, do not contact NAC Domestic Appliances. They will charge in advance. Trying to actually get them to return or source parts is near impossible. AI chat that won’t help, website wanting more payment, AI voice agents with everything excuses. Telephone lines turned off. Emails ignored. Promised deadlines missed.
Truly one of the worse companies, hiding behind slick branding and modern technology. Don’t make the call to them, you will regret it!

Absolutely awful do not use
Absolutely awful do not use . Paid 170 pound to fix dishwasher . Engineer said it was fixed . Did not even secure it back in place , drove off quickly . Machine was not fixed . Spent the entire day phoning only to be ignored . The next day no response from customer service , no one answered the phone or responded to emails . Avoid .

The service we received was excellent
The service we received was excellent, the engineer was friendly and reassuring, our new part was ordered and fitted quickly. The only thing I would say is that it felt quite expensive.

Rip off
Booked an engineer to repair my washing machine and he established that the drum needs replacing I later received an email stating that as it’s a very costly repair it is beyond economical repair.
My gripe is that I paid £102 that is supposed to include repairs with no additional charges with the exception of parts.
The engineer analysed the problem but didn’t carry out any repairs this is false advertising and I have basically paid a £102 call out charge.

Great service from NAC
Great service from NAC. We booked a same day appointment for refrigerator repair. The engineer contacted us to advise when he would arrive. He was very professional and gave our refrigerator a good check (he was there about 45mins) and found only a minor problem. Even though the issue was not as bad as we thought, it was worth the cost. We would definitely us NAC again.

The engineer arrived during the specified hours and was quick and efficient. I found him very helpful and polite, and he kindly gave me some advice about an unrelated kitchen issue I had that day. I would definitely use NAC again and recommend to others.

Fantastic communication from the repair man. Turned up on time.
Explained what could be wrong with the dishwasher.
Fast and thorough work to diagnose the problem, which on this case wasn’t worth repairing the dishwasher.
Definitely would use again if any appliances had any issues in the future

Professional engineer.
Used NAC to get a diagnostics report to make a claim on Breach of Consumer Rights. The appointment was easy to book and I was kept informed on when the appointment would be with a time slot. Engineer was polite, efficient and professional. Taking to time to explain the issue as well as filling in a report.
