My freezer fan packed
My freezer fan packed in I called NAC repair the lady I spoke to was very friendly she took my details and the next day Josh from JB domestics contacted me via WhatsApp he arranged to come out he was extremely polite and respectful he ordered the part and within a few days he repaired it. The payment was reasonable there was no hidden costs and the work was carried out to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company 😊

The company’s systems are pretty good, easy online appointment booking and follow up, their pricing is quite clear and our engineer George Botov was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. George visited 3 times and it was a pleasure to see him and of course he fixed our appliance - thank you :)

Our Microwave broke down
Our Microwave broke down, I call NAC and spoke to Rita who was so friendly and helpful gave me appointment date for engineer to come around to repair, he promptly arrived and checked our Microwave he could not fix it as he didn't have the parts he told us we need to get it fix he can order the immediately we said yes ,he got part delivery date and booked appointment to come and fix it. Engineer promptly arrived 8.00 am to fix it and also tested to make sure it is working we are very pleased with service provided by NAC. I highly recommend to my friends and family and neighbours.

Repair of constantly clicking gas hob
Paul from P J Appliances happily changed the original appointment time to meet my requirements. He came the day after I'd rung for help. He immediately found the reason for the constantly clicking ignition on my gas hob and quickly fixed it. He checked it a few times and advised me how to avoid it happening again. Paul was very professional and friendly. I would 100% use him again and recommend him. Thank you.

Great service. On time, super efficient, gave some some good suggestions as to why the dishwasher stopped working as it was blocked. Good check of it all and then gave us some suggestions to avoid it happens if in the future

Nathan Rosowicz, your engineer, was wonderful! He competently diagnosed the problem and when the part arrived he put himself out to ensure it was fitted when we needed it.
However, we had a few problems with your software when re-scheduling visits ... we kept starting a new enquiry instead of changing dates

First time I have used NAC, decided to book having read the excellent reviews, wondering if they really can be that good. I wasn't disappointed. The pre appointment communication is excellent, Nick arrived on time, very professional and friendly. He set our expectations got to work and completed the job. Very professional servjce
Graham was on time, pleasant, efficient and quick.
He sorted the setting on the oven and I thought he had solved it extremely quickly and expected that to be the end of it. However he was very thorough and checked all the settings on the oven and that confirmed that an element had blown. So he replaced that. Very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. I will use your service again and recommend to others.
