So far so good. Was easy to setup, and response was very quick. My questions were also answered quickly. I don't know long-term how things will be, but short-term I have an overall positive impression.
If you need a Solo401K, this would definitely be a good option to consider.

Opening the new account with Nabers was a breeze. Before opening the account, I was able to talk to them on the phone and they were very knowledgeable in answering all my retirement contribution related questions.
Their solo 401k retirement plan offers the most amount of flexibility more than any of the traditional providers like ETrade.
Soon after adopting my solo401k plan agreement, I received very helpful links to open associated investment/banking accounts and other helpful articles.
I have been able to reach them for support and they responded to all my questions satisfactorily.
I would recommend Nabers Solo401k to anyone who is considering an individual 401k plan.

Steer clear of this solo401k. I'm being denied access to my bank account because of a glitch in their software, can't recover funds and still don't have access to accounting from the middle of last year.

They get you in with a teaser rate. then they up sell you. Olivia, Rachel, whoever your emailing/chatting with is someone using a fake name. Stay away.

Rachel and team have been prompt at addressing concerns. Especially while the previous Roth IRA custodian was bleeding me dry with it's 'monthly custodial fees', Nabers Group was searching for options to sidestep this.
They have guided me in transitioning to a different 'no hassles' custodian. While this transition is not yet complete, but it appears to be in the works.
