Naama studios has been great, the staff are amazing, very friendly, and always offer you a drink on arrival. Sadly I’m 13 sessions in and my tattoos are still very visible, there has definitely been some progress but they’re nowhere near gone. I know that every tattoo is different and they don’t guarantee that they will be completely removed. Hopefully I’ll see some more progress in the coming months.

Alexis has been absolutely wonderful throughout my tattoo removal journey so far. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, which has made the entire process feel reassuring from start to finish.

Every session feels purposeful and she always takes the time to check in and answer any questions I have. I truly feel valued and heard at every appointment. I couldn’t recommend Alexis highly enough to anyone considering tattoo removal.

I’m giving NAAMA Studio one star following my experience with eyebrow tattoo removal.

After the procedure, I had blurry vision for around twenty minutes, which was quite alarming. This was never mentioned during my consultation, and had I been aware that it could affect my eyes, I would not have gone ahead with the treatment. I later visited an optician and was told I now have dry eyes as a result.

When I contacted the studio to raise this, I did not receive an apology—only an explanation that this reaction is “normal.” I found this very disappointing, as proper aftercare risks should have been clearly communicated beforehand.

I also felt the appointment was rushed, as it was at the end of the day. When I expressed concern about my vision, I was made to feel like I should just accept it and wait for it to pass, which was quite frightening at the time.

The procedure itself was intense. The practitioner was polite and did slow down when I asked, which I appreciated. However, I was only told afterwards that numbing cream could be used next time—this was not offered or discussed during the consultation or before the treatment.

Overall, I found the customer care lacking and the communication around risks insufficient. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I had my tattoo removal on my face. The precise care that was provided for the removal process was very professional. The entire process was flawless and seamless! I would highly recommend! Thank you!

Edit: OK but why did you subscribe me in the first place? I would never ever get a tattoo - why I obviously have nothing to remove. You are probably buying email addresses from scammers.

"I'm so happy with the tattoo removal service! I had a traditional tattoo for 20 years. A few years ago, I tried surgical removal, which left a bad scar and made the tattoo look worse. After that surgery, I was always embarrassed to wear short sleeves. I originally went to a different studio to get a new tattoo to cover it all up, and they recommended this studio for removal. After just one laser session, I'm amazed at the results! The staff was wonderful, and I highly recommend them!"

I visited today for a patch test and met Alexis, who is going to get this very unwanted tattoo off of me.
The consultation was amazing., and I instantly felt at ease . I have already had some removal elsewhere and was very unhappy with the results and the pain was immense and it put me off having anymore.
The patch test was very bearable and I was very relieved when it was much better than I could have imagined!
I’m so excited to start my journey with namma 🙏🏻

Trust the process ! I’m after 6 session and my tattoo fades a lot an Alexis is looking always after my visits and looking always forward for next visit.

Highly recommend! It’s skin safe and they will do their best to protect you for the best outcome

I have been having treatments with Yasmine and have seen some positive progression with the removal of my tattoo each session I return. Yasmine is a great professional and always makes me feel at ease in the sessions. She is very efficient and gets the job done!

I had my first session today, and despite reading about how painful it might be, it wasn’t bad at all, no worse than getting the tattoo in the first place! There’s a bit of a sting afterward, but the Naama team was incredibly friendly, and Alexis was fantastic. I’ll edit my review about the process and how it goes.

Fantastic first appointment ! Reception are so welcoming and alesandra was amazing as well. Can’t wait for my next session :)

Jada who I had my 7th Tattoo removal session was amazing. She made sure that I was comfortable by icing the area before starting really helped. Hopefully be able to have Jada for my remaining sessions.

Sharing my honest review as I struggled with finding one when I booked my sessions with Naama. Firstly, this is a really expensive way to get your tattoos removed. I am currently £1600 down (after 8 sessions) and my tattoos have faded but they are very much still there. On the other hand, my partner has been going to a tattoo studio that also does removal and his has almost gone £400 and the same amount of sessions later. The major pull for me going to Naama was that you could have sessions closer together (every 6 weeks as opposed to my partner's 3 months) however, as I have progressed through the process we have started waiting 8 weeks between sessions as it gives my skin time to metabolise the ink. This therefore makes my original decision factor a bit void. Moving onto the pain which was another factor in choosing Naama... this is definitely not pain free. I find it VERY painful and I know people have different pain thresholds but I fail to believe that some people could describe this as almost painless (!?). What I will say is that the studio is very aesthetically pleasing, the staff are great and the end to end experience is definitely on the luxurious side. My tattoos have slightly faded in the last year I have been going and I have experienced no side effects. However, I can't shake the fact that I am £1600 down with an estimated £1000 to go (4/5 more sessions). My tattoos are not large or complex. It feels like you are paying a premium without getting a premium output. As a result, the value for money just isn't there for me.

Thank you Alexis at Naama for being so welcoming and engaging and making sure I feel ok about everything! I'm so excited to finally get rid of these radiotherapy tattoos after my cancer treatment and Alexis is the best tonic to lift me and encourage me as we work through the sessions. Naama has a mix of ultra hygienic treatment rooms and a cool reception area where I arrive early to enjoy a drink ... always offered to me .. while having a little look at the magazines. I never worry about my appointment ... and I'd recommend Naama to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming place for help with tattoo removal.

I had my 6th session with Alexis today. She’s amazing! I know that each time I’m in her care she’s going to do a great job, not only in distracting me with lovely conversation but also in magically minimising the pain levels. The session is over in no time and honestly, the pain is completely bearable. She always offers me a yummy ginger shot after the session with a very kind ‘goodbye’.
The reception staff at NAAMA are all lovely, kind and professional.
The studio itself has the best welcoming feeling - from the moment you enter you’re transported into a haven of tranquility as the space is infused with the yummiest scents.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Naama for your removal process!

Alexis is so professional and knowledgeable, I’ve had 3 eyebrow removal session and my 4th today - always know I’m in great hands. I was very nervous on my first visit but now feel excited for my next session and the progress that been made. Realistic ecxpectations were given on the outcome of each session so no nasty surprises. Felt informed and no question was too stupid to ask.

The reception staff are also very warm & welcoming, offering a coffe/tea!

You won’t regret to using Naamas on your removal journey, worth every penny 😁

Alessandra is AMAZING!

I am on my 5th or so appointment and each time I come to the studio I get a warm welcome. Alessandra is a wonderful woman and a top professional. I feel at ease at each appointment thanks to our conversations and care she shows.

Also a mention to Yasmine the young girl who covered the previous appointment as she was very efficient and provided a great service.

Great results and experience!

My 4th session was with JADA, she made me feel very comfortable during the process which can be distracting at times. I found her too be very professional, friendly and knowledgable. I look forward to the professionalism again with her. NAAMA studios staff are very welcoming and friendly, lovely surroundings, a nice ambience to it as well.
