THE worst online retailer, ever. Yes, you’re transparent about the returns timeline however, simply put, it is ABSURD. I’ve waited 21 days for my return to be ‘processed at the warehouse’ only to be told I need to wait ANOTHER 5 days for my refund. 21 days for warehouse processing, really…?? have you got working there, PANDAS!? Not to mention the ridiculous return fee, customers are expected to cover. If your sizing wasn’t so ‘off’ in the first place, you wouldn’t receive the ‘high volume of returns’ you claim you have. INCREDULOUS. People, save yourselves the hassle, don’t be influenced or fooled by their SM presence/ outreach. It’s simply not worth the hassle!!

I returned a trench coat that didn’t fit. I emailed the company because they say they haven’t received it, even though they did receive the other items I returned that didn’t fit. I have contacted them about the trench coat but I’m not getting any response or my refund back.
Do not shop here. If you return items, it’s not guaranteed that you will get your money back

I recently placed a large order of sale items from NA KD and it was great! The quality of the clothes is fantastic and they all look exactly as advertised. I would 10/10 recommend and will order again in future. My only comment would be the jackets/tops I ordered all ran slightly large, so if you are unsure then size down.

Had a really positive experience with Karl. I had a query regarding a lost parcel & was pretty stressed and struggling to get in contact with the delivery provider. Karl was super supportive & found a resolution for me, which I didn’t think would be possible in this situation. I don’t often leave reviews but in this circumstance it is so deserved, thank you Karl! The positive resolution from a supportive employee has firmed that I will continue to shop from NA-KD!

The return process is extremely long, 14 days to transit and then another 14 to compete quality control. I have not experienced this before with another company. It is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a refund. I will not shop here again.

I have to say they are incredibile kind. I never received my order, but NOT because of NA-KD (they started the delivery process immediately) but because of the postal service in my country. I have asked for a refund since I never received it and they were really comprehensive of the situation. I can’t really say anything about the clothes since I never got them but I highly recommend it just for the help they gave me.

I ordered two bikinis in different sizes and they turned out not to fit, which in that case I had to return them. They charged me 59 DKK and additionally an extra 10 DKK pr piece because I had ordered more than 3 pieces. It made me pay 109 DKK for the return!!! And they don’t have a psychical store to try out all the different sizes and therefore it makes me even more mad that they charge you that much!!
I will never again order from NA-KD again!!

Terrible terrible clothes quality and customer service. AVOID!!! First and last order. Bought a coat from them and it has bobbles all over it just after a couple of uses????? Very cheap quality for what you pay. This is what customer service said:
‘Piling is a normal occurrence caused by wear and tear and does not affect the durability or functionality of the fabric. it is easily removable. The quickest and most effective approach is to use a pill shaver to remedy the situation. If pilling reoccurs, it can simply be shaved off again.’

Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience. The way customer concerns are handled feels rigid and process-driven rather than solution-oriented.
Being told to return an item and reorder it simply because a discount cannot be applied is everything but customer-friendly. It is also not environmentally responsible and not economically reasonable, as it creates unnecessary shipments and additional costs!!!
