Absolutely appalling experience with NA-KD. I returned my order on 23rd October 2025, and they kept insisting my refund was issued on 14th November — yet nothing ever showed up. After speaking to Barclays three times, it’s clear NA-KD never sent any refund to the account I paid with.
What’s worse is that the “refund confirmation” they sent me shows bank details that aren’t even mine. They literally refunded a completely different account. Once I pointed this out, they stopped replying entirely. I’ve sent three emails, all ignored.
This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s negligent and unacceptable. Taking customers’ money, refunding the wrong person, and then going silent is beyond unprofessional. I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting them with their money.

I accidentally entered my old address when placing my order. I couldn't change it online, so I contacted customer service, who responded immediately and solved my problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

Don't order unless you own a printer. Returns can't be made unless you print the return label, I have been explaining them a thousand times that I don't have the possibility of printing, besides that on the website it is written that every package is arriving with a return label and returns are free within Denmark. The return label is missing and I both have to pay for return and find someone that can print the label for me. Pretty bad service of 2025 / 2026

I've had several bad experiences with Nakd. And it was definitely the last time I ordered from this site. People, please don't be influenced into buying anything here. A month after returning your package (and sending numerous emails), I still haven't gotten my money back. And we're not talking about 20 euros, no, we're talking about more than 100 euros. And Im not even mentioning the ridiculous prices they charge for this piece of plastic they sell. Incomprehensible.

I just ordered a few things from NA-KD a few weeks ago and did not have customs fees and was actually delivered to my house my door. Now I’m seeing $80 worth of customs fees and no option to even have it delivered to my house. Must pay extra to get it delivered to my house? First world problems for sure but am writing this to help and encourage others to double check what they are paying before clicking the checkout button. A small fee could be understandable with all the tariff bs but aeems very strange business practices and like they’re fully passing the costs on to the consumers in the US.

Used to enjoy ordering from here. Ordered 9 items however quality isnt great so returning. Happy to pay the 4.95 fee as i got free delivery. But why is it a an extra fee after 4 items?? so now my returns 8.95.

Had issues with my order being delivered (not the websites fault the courier had lost it) and when I emailed about my issue receiving the parcel I was given a full refund and an additional 20% off for my next order. Really fast and attentive support was given! Very happy!

Unfortunately had some trouble with DHL, which made my return unfindable. NA-KD solved this issue for me while they contacted DHL for solving the issue. I was already loving NA-KD for their clothes, but their customer service is the cherry on top!

Terrible customer service. I bought an item a year ago at least and it wasn't delivered to the right address and they still have not refunded or helped me. Their staff were rude and I'm very disappointed.

I placed an order for a coat and received a notification that it was shipped. However, DHL shows that the parcel was never actually sent. I have neither received the coat nor a refund, and I have not received any response to my emails. Very disappointed with this experience.

The fashion is really nice and the tailoring ist great. I appreciate that. The sizes are insecure, you have different sizes depending on the product - I vary betrween S/M and XL. That makes it difficult to order because you never know will it fit you or not.
The service is miserable. Once I had a problem and the only one they made me conversise is a AI that never really got it and so never really gave a correct answer. If you order by Klarna-pay later (30 days), it is sure that they will not process your return to Klarna. With EVERY return I had it was Klarna that hat do intervene at Na-Kd´s to get my returns done. Recently I ordered shoes in size 38 and so says my order, but I got size 41.... I am sure I am not the only person with that experience. It is a pity - they really are about to save costs in rationalize away any service. That makes it difficult to order, because something goes wrong always. The design, the fashion itself is great - damn.
