La experiencia de usuario es pésima

La experiencia de usuario es pésima. Estuve a punto de dejar de configurar el reloj y tirarlo. Se tarda muchísimo en recibir respuesta del servicio de atención al cliente. No se puede usar con otra tarjeta SIM, hay que suscribirse a su servicio. Los servicios premium son una porquería, no te suscribas.
Dreadful user experience. Almost gave up on setting up the watch. Long delays in hearing back from customer services. You cannot use it with another SIM, you have to subscribe to their service. Rubbish premium services, don't sign up.

An absolute disaster

An absolute disaster. Spent hour trying to get the phone working. Xplora customer support does not work. It is just a chat that does not solve anything. Some of the web pages do not work. When you try to activate the pone you get alerts from your computer firewall recommending not to put personal information because the page is not safe and can ge fraudulent.
