I placed an order back in April, so about 11 weeks back and I haven’t heard back from them ever since. I was warned for an exceptional delivery date of 4-6 weeks due to Covid-19, but come on double that time has passed by now.
I’ve tried emailing them leaving comments through their website and alas no response, nothing. I’m quite disappointed by this lack of customer service.
Slow, lost packages, support service poor.
Quality is perfect,price is low and delivery time is fast.
