My cashback was supposed to be paid out in November 2023, which never happened. I opened 2 support tickets Ticket#2023121251006187 and
Ticket#2023112851002439, but the customer help keep providing me the standard phrase "I will contact the local office to see what the problem is and so that they can answer back to you".
Very disappointed with this cashback service.

Two months later - no one has contacted me, and no cashback has been paid out.

Money back at my world is a legal and great thing. you get your money back from all the biggest retailers in the world in 53 different countries. I've been using it myself for several years and I've already gotten a lot of money back, as has my husband and our longtime friends. it works great and pays out all the money to trr too, but it can be used directly to buy vouchers for big retailers. But I have to comment on commentators like Ana Maria who gave a rating of 1 because they are false accusations. in the past it was a Lyoness company and so everything from shopping to business was mixed up. This was then separated into two completely different parts with two companies: business is Lyconet, and shopping is my world, as the entire company is now called. All those who were Lyoness were warned by email for 2 years to accept the new terms and update their profile in myworld and they will not lose anything. For 2 years they have been getting emails and also a warning in their profile. of course, because some people are lost and don't even know the passwords to their profiles, nor to their e-mails, they now blame the company for losing money, but in reality they weren't able to click a couple of ticks and press OK themselves.
And also that someone didn't get money because of false accusations again. nothing like this has happened to me and my family as well as my friends, husband and his family in 6 years. However, it is necessary to have a minimum of €5 of collected money for the transfer. on Thursdays, there are transfers for everyone who has a minimum of €5 collected, with the fact that it is necessary to enter your trr in the profile on Wednesday, so that they can send you the transfer on Thursday. All of us who adhere to the basic conditions have had everything paid for all along.

but again, it came from someone who also made a negative comment criticizing the business, which has nothing to do with the shopping community, this doubt is two completely different things, and even for business, the company-subsidiary is different than for purchases. business is just one thing, everyone invests voluntarily in any company in the world they want, and of course the company offers the possibility of investing. with such investments, the waiting period for any payout can be as long as 30 years, for example Amazon. but it may not exist at all if the company fails. Such investments, like all others, are risky, and everyone who invests is responsible for himself where he invests. if you invest in the company, it is not a scam. You just invested in the wrong company, which unfortunately did not achieve the expected results. but this first payout of shares was in 2025, when someone wrote negatively about it, it can be seen that he doesn't even know where he invested his money, because he doesn't even know the basic rules that were written in the contract, which he checked himself in his profile and also signed it and today he has it in his profile and he can read it and where everything is written with the date.
I had to comment because unfortunately the illiteracy of people who don't even read contracts and what they sign and ignore all notifications or don't know the passwords for their profile or don't read e-mails, then false accusations come from such people that spoil the name of Necessa, which works perfectly fine and normal .

In short, every investment is your responsibility, find out where you are investing and whether the terms you are signing are acceptable to you. Once you sign, it's over. start reading.
the shopping community where you get money back is its own company and has nothing to do with the company where the investment is made, separate that too. in the past, many years ago, there was this one company, which was no longer legal due to a change in the legislation, so they put this company into bankruptcy and opened a new company where only the money is back, but then they opened a branch of another company where the business is special. that the first company was going bankrupt, there were a lot of warnings everywhere that anyone who wants to keep the things they have in their profile should accept the conditions in their profile so that the funds can be transferred to the new company. if you didn't get the notification, it's because you're not interested in reading emails, but the email you gave when you first registered here. and all the communities are a bunch of groups on facebook, messenger, telegram, whoever wanted to know found out.

My money was never deposited in my bank account after reaching the minimum threshold. I contacted support, they told me to reach to my contract owner which is Lyoness, a.k.a MyWorld now. They never replied to my e-mails going forward. There are no tel numbers I can call, all in all, SCAMERS. I feel totally disappointed and I wish to tell people about my experiece with this company. Stay away from them! I will file an official complaint with the authorites from my country for this fraud! Also will contact the news tv to make a report about them. People need to be aware and someone needs to put an end to this!

You must to try this app if you want cashback on easy way. Myworld will become your new favorite application.
