Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service! I ordered the Bite n Brush for my 60 lb dog and she chewed some of the rubber bristles off. I reached out to Woof Pet and they immediately responded and helped me find a different product to exchange at no charge. It was my bad not ordering the Pupsicle in the first place. Much better for strong chewers!

outstanding customer service

Aside from standing behind their products, they stood behind them when they shipped the wrong thing due to MY mistake. I said to just leave it at that; it was my fault. B
ut they went the extra mile and still shipped the correct item. Very much appreciated; class act.

Amazing customer service

Great customer service!

My dog loves the pupsicle! I bought it in April of 2024 and my previous dog loved it as well. Lately, I have been unable to get the pieces apart leading to a very disappointed dog. I contacted Woof and they provided some suggestions and asked me to let them know if the problem was solved. The suggestions didn't work, but they sent me a brand new pupsicle which works just fine. It is easy to get open and my dog is so happy. This is a great product. I plan to purchase the Bite N Brush for her as well. I'm very happy with this product and the service I received as a Woof customer.

Thought I had cancel an auto ship

Thought I had cancel an auto ship. when the email came that said " getting ready to ship" I went in and canceled .... I thought. Jokes on me.
After I received the email stating order had been shipped I reach out to get it stopped. After much back and forth and poor instructions, along with the order arriving. I finally found the correct portal for returns. The first email said they return was complete and just to donate to a local group or shelter, followed by here is you store credit.
I wrote back, package never opened just want to return in and get my money back. I was given another link to us for a return label, LOL that said not refundable. Waiting to see what I get for a BS answer.

I had an issue with the XL pupcicle…

I had an issue with the XL pupcicle where I could not get it unscrewed, after a quick email exchange I was offered a new and improved replacement without any fuss. My pup and I are very pleased!

FABULOUS customer service!!!!

FABULOUS customer service!!!!

I had an issue with my XL pupsicle. It was stuck and I could NOT get it unstuck. I sent an email asking about options, and they sent me a BRAND NEW pupsicle that was updated, and now I can unscrew the top and get my Pupsicle Pops in there. My dog is happy, I am happy, and this is probably the best customer service I have ever experienced!

To anyone who has experience issues with getting the pupsicle to unwind (that's what mine issue was) just reach out! They were quick to respond, the pupsicle has been redesigned, and again - their customer service was GREAT!!

The Bite N Brush didn't hold up but Customer Service was great

The Bite N Brush really gets 2 stars and the customer service from Woof gets 5 stars. I bought 2 bite n brush chews at my local pet store for my two dogs. One dog's (50lb 15 year old Vizsla) chew broke at the end within 15 minutes of giving it to him. The store wouldn't take it back but the company did and they are sending me a different chew to replace it. The Bite n Brush may need some re-engineering with a more durable material that can withstand more chewing. I wouldn't purchase it again for my dogs, but I was impressed with the company's customer service and will consider other products.

My dog loves her Woof stuff

My dog loves her Woof stuff - she has three pupsicles, 2 dental logs and a treat ball. She gets on every evening and they are indestructable. She is a tough chewer. She has figured out how to open the ball and eat the treat, but then she's a border collie, lol. I have had two pupsicles which would not open to clean or refill, and the company has replaced them immediately. Customer service is fast and very responsive.

Bad smell of product

I like the idea of having a substitute for regular peanut butter, because our beagle is addicted to it and has gained weight. I was all excited about getting your pupsickle container and pupsickle peanut butter refills, however, I must admit, I really don't like the smell of the container. Sydney won't go near it and I can't even stand to be in the same room with it. She tried it, so it is used now. I thought that I had the answer that I was looking for. I may reorder the refills, because I crumble it in her regular food. Patty

false advertising - not plant based

false advertising. the chew product is described in several places as being plant-based. come to find out a key ingredient is powdered antler bone. perhaps this business needs to reacquaint itself with the dictionary on plants vs animals. hint: if it comes from an animal it’s not a plant.

Deceptive Subscription practices

Well I don’t believe the quality of the product is bad, my dog didn’t like it. The problem I have with this company is their deceptive subscription practices. Two months later I received another two bones that I didn’t know I ordered because they automatically check the subscription box at checkout and it’s obscured from the buyer’s view. So in essence you’re automatically signing up for a subscription and then your next order comes without even knowing that you had selected the subscription box. Also, it’s not easy to find the cancellation section at their website. This is intentional and it makes them look bad. I would not recommend this company.

I was hoping this would be a healthy…

I was hoping this would be a healthy alternative to rawhide dog chew/bone but I am very disappointed in the fact that small and also medium sized pieces come off when my large dog is eating the bone. He even swallowed some small pieces and now I am worried. I specifically purchased these because it says it does not splinter off pieces.
