I recently purchased a phone in Renewed condition. The phone’s condition was practically new, no scratches, no problems to activate, I didn’t get Overnight Shipping yet the same day later at night FedEx texts that I was to receive my package the next day that someone needed to be available to sign. Needed to leave that out because it was a GREAT experience. I wish I could give more stars.

I've placed 2 successful orders with them in the past 6 months. On Tuesday I placed another order and it went from on hold to closed. I spoke with multiple reps including a manager named Suki trying to find out why my order was canceled and all they "said" they knew was that my order exceeded their risk assessments. It was between the bank and the system and there was nothing they could do to override it. I even asked the manager over the phone who called me privately after waiting for hours for supervisors to reach out to me who never did, if I make a new account and placed an order would that work? She said mostly likely it will be canceled for the same reason. I tried any way to see, since they told me it's the system like it's a computer that's messed up. While I was in chat with a rep trying to see what was wrong, the same thing happened. Today, I found out these people are the BIGGEST LIARS. I had a family member make an account and place an order and it didn't cancel within the first few hours like my orders did. It was on hold overnight and closed this morning. That tells me it's these people behind it all along. I still don't know why they canceled my orders and I only kept trying because of their prices and because I thought it was just a system error. I'm hurt and offended by the situation especially considering that they were lying to me the whole entire time but when I look at some other reviews it was probably for the best.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! DODGY PHONES!! Ordered the s7 edge. The camera lense is all cracked and the keypad doesn't work properly and I now have to pay to send it back. Utterly disappointed. Don't waste your money

Faulty phone received. The charging port was faulty which is the easiest thing to figure out. So much for their gazillion point check. It's worth nothing! I returned the phone at my cost but they refused to refund return postage charges and then when I left -ve ebay feedback after giving them a month to refund charges/get back to me, they had that feedback removed from ebay somehow!! So their decent ebay feedback doesn't mean much either :(

Phone returned to them. Lots of attempts to contact them from me, an eBay request for intervention, a credit card charge back claim , and finally got my refund after nearly a month. Really nice money back guarantee offered by this company - no questions asked , didn’t mean a thing. Avoid, plenty more places to buy a phone.

Brought the phone for sons birthday they requested phone was returned which I have done now they ignore my communications and haven’t refunded so currently out of packet for the phone and no phone disgusting company AVOID

Bought an XR few weeks ago and was impressed.
Phone was in really great condition considering it was a refurbished device. No scratches anywhere accept a small bit near the port but overall would of thought it was new. Thanks Alot.

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S9
It arrived next day, fully cleaned, screen & case protectors in place, in a very well 'padded air' bag, boxed, and deliverred by DPD

It was the best price for an A quality phone on eBay ... and it certainly meets that description.
No way of knowing what battery condition is, or if h/ware will last but the purchase experience has been first rate.

Purchased an iPhone X last year, came in perfect condition. Unfortunately a green line appeared on my screen 12 months later, contacted customer service who requested the phone was sent back. I since then received a full refund, quick process. Obviously unfortunate that the line appeared but I assume these are risks with refurbished phones?

I bought a refurbished iphone 8 plus last week from Mywit on EBay. It was the best price on EBay and a very good deal. It arrived within 2 days, delivered securely by DPD. It was in very good condition, but unfortunately it had a fault. I couldn't contact Mywit directly either by e mail or phone (which would have helped to be honest) so I messaged them via Ebay that I wanted a refund as it was faulty. This was confirmed very quickly and I could even print off a return label with postage already paid by the ebay site. Two days later (once phone was received at Mywit) my refund was confirmed and has now come through. I think they are a very good company with great pricing. If I could have talked to them on the phone I probably would have gone for a replacement unit. I found them honest and straight forward to deal with.

Why do buyers who receive a good item from a company rarely leave a TrustPilot review ? I just purchased an Apple iPhone XS Max "Grade C" from MyWit through their eBay store, at a very good, suspiciously low price. However, It arrived very quickly and was very well, securely packaged.

On opening, my first impression was they'd sent me the wrong phone - the condition was certainly not Grade C, closer to Grade A- as I can only find one very minor mark on the back, otherwise this phone is immaculate.

Fired it up, did the data transfer, and hit one minor issue - the battery has been replaced by a non-original Apple one, so I get the annoying repeated message on-screen to tell me this, which is one of the oddest features Apple have ever put into their iPhone development.

Apple's own batteries certainly aren't the only ones available for this phone; Apple don't make their own batteries, and the company that does also make them for almost all the other brands out there ! Interestingly, the XS Max runs the same battery as the iPhone 11 - put one of Apple's own iPhone 11 batteries in the XS Max and you'll get the same message !

So I'm really not worried, and hopefully Apple are listening to their users who are complaining about this feature and will do something about it.

Overall very happy with my purchase, made happier by the 12-month warranty, of course !

If we need make a return, be patient, because they don't have nothing practical in his web page, You will need send a form in contact-us and waiting for days to get a answer.

I purchased a Grade B iPhone XS Max from this company through eBay on Saturday 18/01/19 and received it in the post on Monday 20/01/19. Having this phone for 72hrs, I have noticed a few faults. Firstly, my battery dies within 2-3 hours with normal usage after full charge. This is even with Low Power mode on. Secondly, my battery health came at 96% and since monday, has drained by 1%. Lastly, my phone makes a clicking sound when the pressed together as if the battery has expanded and lifted the screen up. I’m extremely unhappy with this and very disheartened for getting so excited with my purchase for it to fall on bad terms like this. I have contacted the seller twice with proof of purchase and am yet to hear back from them. Please, do not buy from this seller at all costs!! The price may be tempting but I promise it isn’t worth it. As a genuine customer and a regular eBay user, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied in both this purchase, the company and myself.

I wish to make a formal complaint on behalf of my purchase as this isn’t good enough.

Bought a grade A iphone X from them 9 months ago and they offer a 12 month warranty with it.3 weeks ago the phone started playing up with the screen not working. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks with no luck. Im either going to be stuck with a faulty phone or this is going to turn into a length stressful task of going through trading standards. All their reviews on ebay are mostly good, but ebay only gives you 30 days to leave feedback.
Avoid them!

Dodgy Company. Sold phone not as described (sold as unlocked when it isn't) then refused to rectify.

Ordered an iPhone 7 from them, and it started well. It was packed well, arrived quick and was like new. The battery was poor though and that's where the problems started. When it would get to below 28% the phone became basically unusable, I stuck with it making sure it never ran dead. One night it did and that was the end of the phone...it wouldn't hold charge after only 7 months after getting it. I messaged them and they were happy to refund, or so they said. A week after sending it back I heard nothing and had to message them asking if they'd got it. They told me they had but were unable to send my refund through paypal. They're still saying the same thing a month later, they refused to give me their PayPal address, ignored me for 10 days straight and avoided questions. They have no intentions of refunding so I had to go through eBay. Hopefully they can help resolve it. Absolutely avoid them

My fiance recently purchased a galaxy S6 edge from this app,the advertisement said gsm unlocked, which was a freaking lie!! If they sell a phone through here they should 100percent check it out instead of just letting the customer deal with the bullsh** It has a lock on it through T-Mobile due to the third party not paying the bill that let it go!! Hiw can they NOT know this?!?! I just hope they DO refund the full amount. They should aftet false advertisement like this!! I wouldnt recommend using this app AT ALL!! Sincerely: joel studdard

I ordered off MyWit website. It was supposed to be in 'Very Good Condition'. It arrived badly packaged, loose in a box with pieces of plastic and the charger. Heavily scratched screen and chipped corners. Clearly not in very good condition. I asked for an exchange but they said to just return it. But they would not pay for return shipping as it was 'Buyers Remorse', not acknowledging they sent a crap phone. They post a rosy return policy but its a bit of a scam. You can either keep the below standard phone they send or return it and eat the shipping costs. There are better companies to buy from, stay away from MyWit.

I wish I would’ve seen all the bad reviews before I ordered my second phone from them. I got lucky with my SE purchase in 2017 there were no problems whatsoever so I felt confident to re-order an iPhone 6s Plus this past week. Cosmetically acceptable and looks great however, the battery is so degraded I constantly have to charge it. Most resellers will not sell batteries below 80% my phone is 76% I have contacted them they refused to send me a replacement battery. My only option is return for refund. So the great bargain I got on the phone price is now negligible because now I have to spend for a replacement battery on a phone I just received. I will not be purchasing from them will not buy from MyWit again. 65 pt inspection should include battery that is min 80%. Very disappointing!

Why doesn’t this company have a phone number you can call? I have just bought a phone supposedly unlocked to find my SIM card will not work in it. Getting an error message that the phone needs unlocking by the network provider.
