Such behavior is highly disrespectful and unacceptable from someone representing your organization. It shows a complete lack of accountability, patience, and customer focus.

I expect immediate attention to this issue and a proper explanation for why such treatment was allowed to happen repeatedly. This pattern of behavior has caused unnecessary frustration and wasted my time.

I am not terminating my account at this point, but if this continues, I will have no hesitation in withdrawing my services and moving to another provider that values professionalism and respect toward clients.
