From the first encounter where everything was explained by a very talented and full of knowledge customer service lady, to the personal salesman that is answering no matter the question or time. The general experience and the fact that their explanations were exactly what happened later with no surprises shows their expertise and experience in the field, the communication and money transfer were easy and worked very well both domestically and internationally in general 10/10 experience
