The site administrator messaged me saying he would delete my account because I was posting photos of models and not real wedding couples. Meanwhile, his friends and other photographers were posting photos of models or workshops! I realized the administrator was trying to remove some photographers from the site so his photographer friends would have less competition. Also, the administrator, who is Russian, was speaking very rudely!
Exactly the same reason as all the other photographers, its a pity I tried this before reading reviews here.
They call your images have poor quality, and never tell you which picture or why specifally.
Same issue as everyone else... they just delete your images, basically calling them crap and don't tell you what the problem is. Seems it's run by elitist little trolls.
Spent time setting up a profile and it got rejected due to the images not being “good enough quality”. Whoever is running this site clearly needs to get a grip.
Frankie Foo photographer from Malaysia is really bad.. Came out with less than 250 photos for the entire wedding (Usually each wedding has about 500+) with a lot of photos with bad angles. In addition, throughout the whole engagement, he was rude and unprofessional changing the lighting and setup of the venue according to his liking. We paid for 4 hours but he only stayed for 3 hours at max with many of the photos badly edited. Overall will not recommend

They are unable to name your images that are not suitable and will delete all uploaded images
Really horrible service, arrogant and unfriendly to their paying customers, or not replying at all. Never provided any invoices until recently, so whatever money you spent earlier was just going into someone's pocket without any taxes paid. My worst experience was with
so called "admin" Sergey Korolev, who seems to be the only person behind this scam company, and was outrageously aggressive for no reason. Avoid at all costs!
