I subscribed by accident, the AD said it was for some spices promotion. Luckly, Alero is helping me get a refund. Bad publicity, but good response from staff. I never got my spices tho.

Was overcharged for nothing

Was overcharged for nothing. Instead of them refunding me, they decided to email me telling me to take down my review . Im appalled by how inconsiderate they are, anyone who see's this should think twice about this website, you cannot trust the pilot coz they fly with your money then threaten you!!!

Good escalation support by Paula

Good escalation support by Paula, thanks to Paula who said that the money taken from my card without my permission would be refunded. I was told that my refund would be made within 5-7 business days, I will provide information about this issue again.
