I didn't know about this online thing up until yesterday an attempt of deducting money from account was made. Luckily the money was in locked accounts so it declined. I see y'all are crying, I'd advise you to turn off your online purchases if you don't have multiple accounts. Because they're never gonna stop, once they succefully took your money, your the target going forward.

Their online process was a smooth one and the response, timely.

The whole problem resolution procedure was smooth and straighforward.

Problem resolved in a timely manner by the service person.

I'm impressed with their level of customer service. Keep it up

Company illegally obtain your details and set up a subscription on your behalf and start charging £32 + without your acknowledgement it starts by sending a text stating you have a delivery but need to pay for postage. Then for refund and end of subscription you must leave a 5 star review. SCAM SCAM SCAM FAKE COMPANY

I was hesitant at first but okay now after they explained the membership into details.

I dont use makeup so this is all nothing related to me at all, nor am i in relationship, i was in a way tricked to this.

False advert in order to register with them,when one make purchases, no delivery, they deduct my money every month after I canceled membership, I requested for refund, no refund and the transaction will not reflect on the account balance in other to log complaints in the bank.they are dubious and I will not give up until you do the needful. Thieves,scammers,we need help 😫 😩 😢 😕 to bring this company to justice for deducting from one account without owners permission. Fraudsters

fraudulent organisation and a fake advert apparently and falsely to buy a SMEG kettle for £3 from LIDL. This offer did not exist. Instead by making the transaction we joined 2 retail clubs with "top ups" as credit from our card - we asked to leave when we realised there was something wrong by selecting "CHAT TO US" on line. They agreed we would leave AND confirmed no more transactions by e-mail! WE called credit card company to stop further top ups or money taken. MyVIP Make Up tried another transaction for £40 after 2 days which was declined by our credit card company who cancelled our cards. We now have new Credit cards. BE CAREFUL - ASIAN Bast**ds scamming.

This website should be blocked forever i had to close down my bank account due to them just taking money without my approval
