40 hour prenatal yoga training has maybe 5 hours of videos and a very, very short training manual. They did give me a refund, but I cannot recommend the program.

I am Loving and truly appreciating MVP every step of the way from 200 hour towards Yoga Therapy Certification. Teaching assistant is very helpful.
Learning on line can be difficult but MVP makes it possible. I am busy super busy and no one thought it would be possible to achieve the certifications I have in 4 years. I have a full time job, have a yoga business, give group classes and have private clients. MVP has made it possible with amazing flexibility, knowledge, education and professionalism for me to continue towards changing my professional full time career to a full time certified Yoga Therapist. A dream come true.

I completed everything. Sent in my classes but used talk to text and never got certification. I’ve been teaching 5 days a week the last 3 years. I passed tests. You guys were just a waste of money and time.

I feel so fortunate and grateful for the opportunity to take my YTT200 with My Vinyasa Practice. The quality of the content, the quality of the platform used to deliver the training, the amount of support provided from the various groups and communities allowed me to dive fully into my own path of learning. What I truly enjoyed was the ability to take this at my own pace, at home, while still getting support from My Vinyasa Practice wherever needed. The community they have created is extremely supportive and I feel I got the appropriate foundation and knowledge shared in order to continue growing into my own Yoga journey. The content was also diverse and inclusive and I appreciated the emphasis put on these topics (both in content and by the various lead trainers). I am looking forward to continue learning with My Vinyasa practice!

I took their 300 hr YTT and I got much more than the manual said to be offered! MVP does a great job of making yoga and YTT accessible, the teachers and trainers are knowledgeable, reliable, and reachable. To me, the greatest part is not the course itself, but the weekend lectures, office hours, and other connection points MVP offers to students. This is the best program I have ever taken!

I haven’t thought about this disappointing experience in a long time. I registered and paid for the 300 hr. YTT offered during Covid shutdown. The content classes where mediocre at best. I discontinued with my participation and essentially wasted moneys, but being an established, experienced and actively practicing Āyurveda and Yoga professional I could not stomach the incorrect information that this program transmits to their student body. Clearly whoever compiled the contents is absolutely unfamiliar with the tradition and it’s scriptures, the vedas, or even the yoga sutras of pantanjali…and far less the meaning of any of them.

My Vinyasa practice has great online classes. I’m almost done with my 200hrs and I’m so thankful for all the knowledge and the dedication. I totally recommended, hopefully I will continue my classes with this wonderful team.

Transformative experience taking the online 200 hour. Great, personalized, thoughtful feedback. This studio is committed to taking your personal and teaching practice beyond just asana. Tina, Ana Pilar, Julia, Deb, Michelle, Angela, were the teachers I learned from and each of them brought their unique perspective and energy to the experience and I deeply appreciate their wisdom and guidance. Make sure to take advantage of the office hours if you enroll because they’re more than willing to engage with you with their whole heart and give really good advice both practical and theoretical. The course is customizable in terms of what disciplines you want to focus on and I had access to much more than what I imagine is standard for just a 200 hour and it really gave me a chance to explore all the facets of yoga and find my own niche. At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, taking this training was the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m so appreciative for these teachers.
