Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Order never arrived and An Post told me it was returned to sender. I've been in communication with customer service for over a month trying to get a refund and they have me going in circles (repeating themselves, asking me to fill in the same form multiple times even though I just sent it etc). Will not be ordering from them again
Ordered mid November, still hasn't been shipped, it's now January. They won't refund me either, BS excuses of "forward to admin team" and "sent to cancellation process". I requested a refund a month ago and they're refusing. Selling a product they don't have and keeping the money.
SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
A money hungry company who sells out of stock products. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across, just scripted replies every time. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have no regard from people buying from them, once they have their money they don’t give a s**t about whether you get your products or not. I hope the company goes bust as they are the worst business I’ve ever come across (and I can confidently say I’m addicted to online shopping so have plenty experience hahahaha)
