Everything from placing my order and delivery [which was quick] was excellent. I've only tried one of the flavours and was not disappointed. You don't need a lot to taste them and there's no awful after taste. I would definitely recommend.

I think the packaging has improved…
I think the packaging has improved since the overall packet size has reduced in size It looks like a full packet rather than a packet half full with more space as packaging was wider and taller.

Well were do I start!
I asked a simple question -how long does the product last after opening.
My answer was to rephrase the question.
My second answer was as below?-
In other words no one in customer service has even read my question.

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this company’s recent actions. They reformulated their supergreens product but continued to sell it under the guise of the original formula, which was of much better quality. The new formula's main ingredients are no longer greens, which is misleading and unacceptable for a product marketed as "supergreens."
As someone with colitis, the new formulation caused a severe flare-up, something I never experienced with the original product. To make matters worse, I’ve been attempting to contact their customer service for over three weeks with almost no response. Despite their lack of communication, they have quietly updated the ingredient list on their website — a clear admission that they’ve changed the formula, but without proper transparency to their customers.
This experience has been both frustrating and harmful, and I feel completely let down by their lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We love MyVegan Impact Soy Protein at my house. Vanilla is our fave! We mostly use it in breakfast shakes with bananas and plant-based milk, and in chia pudding to give it a little boost of protein and flavour. Definitely recommend.

The best protein I have ever tasted! I get the clear protein that is like drinking flavored water. No clumps, no gritty taste and all the flavors taste amazing. This is my go-to protein!

I want you to be brilliant
Price is reasonable. I'd love the amount of protein per serving to be greater. I'm used to 30g protein per 35g scoop. Flavour is good: cognitively I love that it's not as sweet as other powders, whilst mentally I'm still getting used to that. I'd love a brand being obviously vegan to do really well. Can you do more flavours? I'd prefer more fruity flavours.

Amazing aftercare.

Product with disgusting gloopy bits in it
Had some vegan drink sent to my son and the next time I spoke to him he said there had been disgusting gloopy bits in one of the bottles. After reaching out to MyVegan to inform them of this, and after a week of them 'investigating' the case, I was informed due to not having the batch/expiry details (on the bottle that had now been thrown away) they would be closing the case! Rubbish customer service and quite clearly a a rubbish product that had gloopy bits in it.
