I would give 0 star if I could. Very frustrating experience.
On my second year of studying with a well known training provider. Managed to sign up up my first year with no issues however when it has came to renewal UNiDAYS are intent on refusing my access by stating that the proof I am providing is unacceptable. Despite it being the same proof I used the previous year (and despite student beans accepting it without issue). Very robotic, unhelpful and inhumane responses received upon asking for support.

Really disappointed with the service. I'm training as a Psychotherapist, it's a five year Masters level course with a well recognised training college. I joined unidays over a year ago. Using exactly the same details I tried to renew my membership when prompted to do so. It was refused and I was asked to provide more information, such as the offical enrollment letter. I provided all of this information entirely. It was completely ignored and I was repeatedly asked to do it again despite my numerous emails back and forth. What an earth is going on uni days???

Sent multiple screenshots of my enrollment, student portal and they made me run around through multiple people responding my email and saying they were unable to confirm my enrollment. My online college doesn't have email or printed student ID which I believe by now is the case for most online only colleges. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Trying to register/sign in. I used to be a student, and had an institutional email address, which I no longer have. However, I have since become a student elsewhere, but still do not have an institutional email, or student ID.
I keep getting they could not verify, along with the list of what is required, which all my proof meets but they will not say why it does not meet.
I have my student number, my course name/title, my start and finish date of the course, I have the university/online college name, I have my name... I have submitted everything so it is easy to follow and prove all these things are indeed my course, and my ID as such, including my name in emails, my emails, among various other things.
But nope, they wont accept this... what else can you need? I was not given an ID card, no student email, and no letterhead of enrolment, but I have paper trails and other evidence to prove my student status, but just keep getting rejected.
Reply to your reply: nobody has contacted me to help, or for more information, I used your support form and email and it is yourselves rejecting me, as well as the app! Your support team won't accept my documents either!!

I contacted the organization to request further clarification regarding a list of eligible organisations for UNiDAYS, as there appear to be a number of SEND services and children’s services like mine included that do not offer ISCED-level qualifications — the kind that can be formally taught or studied.
I’ve made several attempts to follow up but have received no response. The lack of communication remains disappointing and raises concerns.
I hope this feedback encourages better engagement and feedback of how eligibility is determined.

Horrible website, will not provide you with the promo code even after you sign up.

Great app for students so they can learn about the discounts and offers they can get just for being a student!!!!

I am very disappointed with UNiDAYS. My daughter tried to verify her account using her school email address, which was correct, but it was not accepted.
Because she attends a special educational needs (SEN) school, we then provided her EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan), which is a legal document issued under UK law confirming her current education placement. Even this was not accepted.
As her school is a specialist SEN school, they do not provide student ID cards or admission letters, because admission is handled through the local authority. This means that families with disabled children are effectively unable to complete verification and are being discriminated against by UNiDAYS’ rigid system.
It is extremely frustrating that a system designed for students fails to accommodate those who are most vulnerable and legally entitled to recognition as students.
EDIT- Followed advice to ask for a manager and have since had two further emails ignoring this request saying they can’t help me, even though i have provided a ehcp with the school named (legal document) and her school email address that she uses.

Their website doesn't work and when you try multiple times to log in they suspend your account and do not respond to requests for help.

A good discount code and was effective for a 10% student discount.

Activated account one month after starting college, and it got disabled before a full year was up. Feels like a rip-off – not what students expect.

Impossible to verify with UNIDAYS as an apprentice. They (yes the people at their help email address) keep asking for more documentation and telling you it doesn’t meet their requirements when they clearly do. I don’t think they even bother looking at the documents that you send them. This is despite them saying they support apprenticeships on their website.
Note to businesses: I’m verified with Totum and Sheer, if you only accept UNIDAYS you won’t have my business.
Looking at the other reviews I don’t seem to be the only one who has had problems either.
