Birdcage
I've been looking for a decorative birdcage for a while, and came across one that looked perfect from Mytruehome. I'd never heard of this company before so I felt like I was taking a chance, given that it was also super reasonably priced. I'm so pleased to say that it is PERFECT, it's exactly what I wanted. Delivery from Mytruehome was free, and delivered by DPD, so I got it within 2 days.
Honestly, couldn't rate them high enough, very very happy with everything and if I could rate 10 stars I would!

Great product, terrible communication
Great product, delivered quickly. However communication was non existent. I didn't receive a confirmation of purchase. When I followed this up, their contact form on the website didnt work so I tried calling, no answer. Then I emailed, no response. The mirror arrived in good time but totally out of the blue.

Love it
Very good service and product arrived quickly. When it first arrived, I wasn't sure as it was slightly darker gold than on the advertised picture, however, now it's on the bedroom wall, I love it and it goes perfectly with dark green paint! It's also good quality.

Refusal to deliver to Northern Ireland
Order was accepted and delivery paid for to Northern Ireland. E mail received stating order was being processed. Further e mail then received stating they would not deliver to Northern Ireland. Very poor service, having delivery charges to Northern Ireland on website and then refusing to deliver to Northern Ireland! Very disappointing.

I ordered a vase from My True Home as I needed a really large one and they had the same products found on other websites but at a more reasonable price. The vase was packaged up and delivered in super quick time, and arrived much quicker than I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
