Worse customer experience
They have items on the site that are not available. And let the customer know after having paid. Also one cannot cancel an order from the account just after it has been made.
Not to mentioned that they ripped me off with the biweekly membership fee that I was misled to sign up when trying to order a product through a Facebook product offer. Even if you try to buy smth and use your "credits" there is nothing available. SCAMMERS!

The agent that I had "Chat" with was helpful and I got the alleged account cancelled and established that there would be no further charges going forward. I however, do not remember ever signing up to anything!
