It is with great surprise and displeasure that I received your email to give the evaluation of my purchase, which was made and confirmed on 29/04/24. I also received confirmation that the order would have been sent on 30/04/24. To this day I have not received the items I ordered, nor have I received a single valid means of tracking the tracking code they gave has never worked, to this day I do not know about my order. I know I paid, but no order, I feel cheated and you don't care about your customers, Don't be sorry, because I'm the one who is sorry because I lost my money and zero order.
Where is my package and when will I receive it?

No track and until waiting. I made my order on April 22. On April 23 they said it had been sent, but the e-mail they sent to track the order always gave an error and could never be traced, and to this day I still haven't received the order. I want this problem solved.

NO delivery
I ordered a cell phone case on April 8th and it hasn't arrived as of today, April 21st. During this time I communicated with customer service twice and was asked to wait. Unfortunately no delivery.

Mail probably sold for phishing activities
Used a Mail-adress only for that shop. The Mail address got used for phishing spam five weeks later (not from trendyphone. Eitherway data got stolen or more likely got sold).

I recommend purchasing from MyTrendyPhone
The piece I purchased was the same as the photos and of good quality. Transport failed for two days, but it was excusable due to the bad weather and the next day was a holiday in my country. I can say that I will buy again on this site.
