Immediate Cancellation and Unauthorized Charges

I signed up under the clear impression that this was a one-time payment. At no point did I knowingly consent to a recurring weekly subscription. This constitutes misleading billing practice.

Furthermore, your website does not allow me to access the subscription management page, effectively preventing me from canceling the service. This is unacceptable and may be considered a deliberate obstruction.

I hereby demand the following, effective immediately:

Immediate cancellation of my subscription
Termination of any and all future charges
Written confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled

If this issue is not resolved without delay, I will take further action, including but not limited to:

Initiating a chargeback through my bank
Filing formal complaints with relevant consumer protection authorities in your operating jurisdiction
Reporting this matter as unauthorized billing and deceptive practice

Please treat this matter with urgency. I expect confirmation of cancellation promptly.

The report was very on with personality my father side dose have Scandinavian heritage in it my mothers is a mix with 17%Puerto Rican and 13.5 African

Nothing more than a gimmick

Nothing more than a gimmick. Difficult to cancel, be careful as though you cancel on the app, they send you an email (likely lost in your junk) saying you are still active until you complete yet another form! I wasabi aware of this until yet another months payment was taken. If you believe in the value of your product, this shouldn’t be unnecessarily complicated which is a big red flag. Do not use

Mytraits.ai scam??I am having the same problem as Sally…

I am having the same problem as Sally and many others it seems. I did not realise I had signed up to a weekly subscription for Mytraits.ai. To be honest, I was curious to see if the app could tell me anything about my ancestry from just my face, I thought I gave my email address and card details for a one off payment of $5 to receive an email showing my results. I did not receive any email of results and thus assumed it had not completed properly and then forgot all about it. To date, I have never received an email with those results from Mytraits.ai but to my horror I have been charged a total of £97.61 GBP and counting. To say I feel it was missold is a huge understatement. I consider this an intentional scam and have reported it as such to my bank. I have contacted Mytraits.ai support to voice my concerns and request an immediate refund and cancellation. I have been promptly and politely responded to with 'it's easy, you just need to log in to the app and cancel at any time'. I replied to advise I have no access to their app and requested full instructions, which they promptly sent. I tried to follow their guide but the instructions were incorrect/don't work; there is no access to My Plan via the Profile tab and I could find absolutely no option to cancel anywhere. I have emailed again to update them and requested they cancel the charge to my card without further delay. So far, I have paid best part of £100 that I cannot spare on a service I had no idea I was signing up to and have not received anything at all from, as advertised or otherwise.

First, please rest assured that your subscription has now been successfully canceled. No further charges will be made to your account. As for why the charges occurred in the first place - if a subscription isn't canceled before the free trial ends, it renews automatically. This information was clearly shown on the subscription screen and also sent to your email along with your first invoice. That said, we understand this can still come as an unpleasant surprise, especially when you never received the results you expected.

Because of the difficulties you experienced, we have issued a refund for the two most recent transactions. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you haven’t received the funds after that period, we recommend checking directly with your bank for further updates.

This is some kind of scam now I do not have a subscription that's what is told me however they continue to try to take $24 and 99 cent from my debit card every week and I don't even have an account and I don't know how to stop this

they charge you when pressed a button…

they charge you when pressed a button without info to charge, watch it!!!
[EDIT] - I initially allowed $1 and that was fine, but then had the option, a button [more analysis] or something like this, and then when clicked $28 was supposed to be taken from my account but the bank considered it as Fraud and stopped the transaction thankfully. However no info was there about additional fee at all, just after clicking the transaction was blocked by the bank.
