Useless return 'service'
Speedy delivery but huge room for improvement in customer 'service'. Ordered wrong size, hence wanted to return an item and reorder; filled out the online return form within the 14 days return period and received a confirmation message saying I would be informed about the further procedure. As I after another few days had received no further information from mytoolstore I again filled out the online form stating in the comment this was a second request re the same item as I had still not received the return instructions. Following my second attempt I did receive an email response from mytoolstore stating that they had never received my original request and given the 14 days return period had now passed (with a very small margin) they were unable to accept the return as their IT system can't handle refunds older than 14 days. Do not order anything from these jokers unless you are absolutely sure you do not have to use their return 'service'.
