Great service, speedy delivery came next day!

Order arrived following day. Although sceptical about the quality because of the low price, being a bit fiddly to fit and use with the hoover attachment on my Makita grinder, I have been impressed with how well it works. Used it to cut out pipe chases in a cinderblock wall, and very little dust as a result of the product. Would recommend to others as it does exactly what it says it will!

Bought the mortar rake starter kit with dust extraction for my dewalt angle grinder, very easy to fit with the aluminium collars, was surprised how fast and easily it removed damaged mortar, using dust extractor fitted to my Henry vac, virtually no dust, would highly recommend.

Order arrived extremely quickly unfortunately parts are missing I have emailed and telephoned but still have not had a reply. I will probably have to return my order which is a grate inconvenience as I am waiting to start a job.
Tool expert have now resolved my problem and offered a full refund the missing part was a manufacturing issue Well done

I was really impressed that delivery on both orders was less than 24 hours, even the one I placed on a Sunday. Both the mortar raking starter kit and the 8 mm carbide rake pins performed well. I was rather disappointed that the additional 8mm Narcrist diamond rake pin I purchased didn’t last longer than the carbide version as I had expected.
The instructions for the rake dust guard could be improved by adding advice on using the rake pins, particularly the need for pilot holes and how to efficiently remove mortar without putting excessive force on the rake pin. Otherwise, I was well pleased with the service and the equipment.

I bought a dust control unit for my angle grinder to remove the mortar from between the bricks on my house. The unit arrived really quickly and it was free postage, so five stars for that. It was easy to assemble using the selection of four different collars for your particular angle grinder. I've got rained off, so I'll have to wait for a better day to use it. I give MyToolExpert 5 stars for the quality of the product, the easy assembly, and the speed in which I received it.
