I never wanted to subscribe to this site I just wanted two products that have never been sent to me and I receive withdrawals that were supposed to be refunded. very very bad experience and they just keep changing there names it is underwritten by Vodito Ltd

I decided to buy a product through this company and it was refused. However a charge was debited in my credit card and it resulted to be a subscription which I never requested. It was a lie. Waiting for my reimbursement.

This Company is trying so hard to get me to remove my negative comment of 28.1.25! Scammed again and another payment taken from Mastercard who have now had to cancel my card and reissue. But they have taken up the scam and will take further action.

They were able to answer all of my concerns. As long as the issue has been solve. In my case i have to wait for 7 banking days atleast. So i have to ask an update from time to time.

I payed for a R38 parcel, right now I Have a transaction of R1207.00 out of the blue. Nd it’s a recurring transaction. Can someone please help me get my money back bcs I really don’t know what’s all this money is for, nd I haven’t even received that R38 package

The assistance I was provided to my issue was efficient. I was able to solve my problem & move on.

I was given to understand that I was applying for a Checkers Voucher that I had won and the Terms and Condition link did not work/was not accessible so only after the payment details were given, did I realize that this was a fraudulent transaction. I immediately cancelled, requested a refund and required my details to be removed from the site. I have now been told the the cancellation request is confirmed but the refund is not possible and my details remain on the site.
This is fraudulent and I need this corrected immediatly.

Update: I have now been told that the refund has been actioned, but could take several days to come through. Still waiting on confirmation of the removal of my details. 27/11/2024.

Update: I have been told by email that all my data has been removed from their system, so all I am waiting for is for the promised refund to appear on my bank account.
