DO NOT BUY - This company is bogus

This company is bogus. I bought tickets to an event. Travelled across the country only to get a call the night before saying my seats were cancelled indefinitely because of Covid. This is bull. The event still happened. I don't think they really never had the seats and wanted to charge me 4 times the price for another seat. Caller had broken english.

I will NEVER buy tickets from them again

I bought tickets to an event through this company and the event was "postponed indefinitely" due to corona. I asked them for a refund and to cancel the tickets and they said that was against their policy. They said that until the event is cancelled, they can't refund the tickets. I asked them to reconsider this policy during corona because many people need the money more than tickets to an event that may never happen. They very rudely told me to stop bothering them and that they will update me if the event is cancelled.

Well, fast forward probably 6 months later and the event is finally cancelled. MyTicketTracker emails me and asks if I would like a cash refund or a voucher worth 120% of the ticket value. Well, I was very busy that day and didn't see the email until the next day. Exactly 24 hours later I get an email saying that the refund option has expired and I can only get a voucher. Well, I go look at the website and the voucher is essentially worthless. There are no decent events scheduled for the next year and the vouchers conveniently expire in a year. I contact support and ask for my refund, as has been promised to me. They tell me they will "try" to get a refund but it will take UP TO 35 DAYS to TRY to get me a refund.

This company treats their customers like $h*t. I will NEVER work with MyTicketTracker again, and I am making it my mission to spread the word about how terribly they have treated me. At this point, it's more than the $200 tickets. It's the fact that they are willing to screw over their customers. Disgusting.

Don’t Use MTT

This company is a scam. I paid $675 for 2 tickets to The Rolling Stones which has been “postponed”. I have terminal cancer, but was certain I could attend the July 2020 event. Now with the Pandemic I can’t even leave my house. They will not provide the tickets until the concert is rescheduled. So I have paid $675 for nonexistent tickets to a nonexistent concert that even if it does happen I won’t be able to go to, if I’m even alive by then. What kind of company does that???

Scam. Poor customer service

I purchased ticket insurance on my tickets from them . They only would give me half the price back which was about 250$ . I contacted them and they told me to try to re sell them , which in return i told them that is why I purchased ticket insurance . Thankfully I used pay pal to buy them so hopefully I will be refunded in full. Don’t buy tickets from them ! Scam

Deceptive practices

Deceptive practices. I take the responsibility for not realizing that the browser search I did for tickets for Pantages directed me to the wrong place and I like an idiot paid twice as much for tickets as I should have. BUT then all touring shows were canceled and I was due full refund. First they said they rep for some other outfit and they had yet to receive notice of cancelation. Meanwhile Ticketmaster and all reputable outlets had already refunded customers. I sent them the link to all the canceled shows and then they said oh sure but will take 30 days to process credit. What??? No way. I opened a case with PayPal and ticket shysters told me not to escalate. Like I should trust them that they processed my refund. Bull. They are seriously slimy. From the website misdirect to the overcharge to the theft of my money (over $1700 by the way). Run, don’t walk, away from these thieves.

CONSUMER FRAUD

I bought tickets to a show that was cancelled and not rescheduled due to COVID. I asked for my refund of $1577.00 and was told I needed to produce the tickets to get the refund. I no longer have the tickets. This company obviously had evidence of my payment as they pulled it up on their computer. I will now contact the credit card company and reverse the charge. After that, I'll be calling the Attorney General's office to report consumer fraud. I suggest you all do the same.

This is long but I feel it is worth…

This is long but I feel it is worth reading. I am fighting with these morons for not only myself, but for all of you who have been ripped off by this miserable company. These are emails I have sent to both tickettracker and boxofficecenter

Tue, Jul 7 at 1:18 PM

Dear Senator Skoufis and Attorney General James,

I have included you in this email in the hope that you will become involved in my (on behalf of my sister and unfortunate other ticket buyers) request for a refund from what is obviously an illegal company. It is abhorrent that company representatives and their third party ticket sellers feel and believe that it is it "okay" for them to accept and enjoy the money that trusting and innocent people paid to them for tickets to an expected enjoyable event. My sisters and I have lost nearly $2,500.00 alone. I can only imagine the total amount of money they received and are now enjoying. Their explanation for their refusal to reimburse their customers for event tickets is at the bottom of this email. My response to them is immediately below.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Sincerely,

Deborah Estevez

(The below is addressed to BoxOfficeCenter and TicketTracker Representatives)

Dear Sir or Ma'am,

Below is your completely unacceptable and ridiculous response to my email submitted to you on behalf of my sister Sandra Campbell.

My question to you is what are you (and your third party ticket sellers) doing with the your illegally received money that not only I, but other unfortunate customers of yours, paid in good faith for what should have been an enjoyable event. Through no fault of our own we were unable to attend that enjoyable event. I'm sure many fraudulent ticket sellers are living large off of their illegal receipt of money paid. You have a list of every ticket seller who maintains a fraudulent and illegal business association with your miserable company. Through legal discovery, those sellers' names will be easily obtained. A complete accounting of your "cut" of customers' money will also be easily obtained.

Don't tell me about your illegal policy that all sales are final. Don't tell me that it is the right of the ticket seller to not reimburse their unknowing, unfortunate, innocent customers. Don't provide me with platitudes, condescension, or any further ridiculous explanations.

Do, however, do the correct, legal thing and demand of your third party sellers their reimbursement to their many unfortunate customers.

Rest assured that I have an infinite amount of patience and will challenge you and fight you for however long it takes. My esteemed Senator Skoufis works for me. My State Attorney General works for me. The United States Attorney General works for me. They are my next step.

You (and your fraudulent ticket sellers) should be ashamed of yourselves. Your heartless belief that it is acceptable to receive and enjoy the hard earned money of so many people is disgusting.

Sincerely,

Deborah Estevez

Response from BoxOfficeCenter to my previously submitted email:

"Hello Sandra,

I hope this email finds you well. Our office received an email regarding the possibility of obtaining a refund on your ticket order. Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss your ticket order with any other party so we wanted to reach out to you directly to advise that we are unable to cancel or refund your order because per our terms and conditions state, all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds unless they do not meet their obligations under our terms and policies or if the event is officially canceled by the venue and performer. You can find more information related to our site polices on our "Policies" page which can be found by following this link:

Purchased tickets for game now…

Purchased tickets for game now cancelled. They sent an email giving me 12 hours to be able to claim a refund. Due to time difference missed the deadline. Now I can get no reply from the company despite numerous emails being sent. Customer service is appalling! Website even says will refund if game cancelled, seems they just want to profit in the current circumstances!

Horrible Service

Horrible service! Do Not Buy From This Company!! My event was canceled and I never received a voucher or a refund. I tried to reach them over five times by email and they never responded. Also, do not buy from ticketnetworks.com. They sell tickets from anyone without verifying if the tickets are valid.

Scam Alert!

Absolute scam!! Bought tickets for a concert. Tickets were scanned at the venue and shown as Invalid! Called them immediately and a month long process of passing me around led to their conclusion: They don't owe me any money and I should follow up with the venue cos as far as they r concerned, the tickets were valid. These guys r selling fake tickets. How is this legal? Zero stars, if possible.

SCAM OUTFIT

SCAM OUTFIT. NEVER do business with these hacks. Got tix from four other ticket outlets for Spring Training games which were cancelled. ALL said - no problem. We will process your refund ASAP. Mytickettracker sent a email - "your refund is coming - no action required". THEN TWO DAYS LATER.... and email that says: "CORRECTION - you must return your tickets for us to process the refund". I don't have the tickets. GAMES WERE CANCELLED. WILL NEVER BE PLAYED!. THESE jerks have $287 of my money. Talked with three people. Same company line: "NO TICKETS, NO REFUND". DO NOT GET DUPED BY THIS SCAM OUTFIT. YOU WILL LOSE.

CoronaVirus No Refund

My wife and I bought two tickets for Cher and it was rescheduled due to the CoronaVirus to a date we are unable to attend. We called to get a refund and their policy is is no refund unless the show is canceled. The “customer service” rep was not friendly or helpful bordering on rude. Considering we bought the tickets based on being in the Tampa area at the time of the original date, we are now in a position of having to sell the tickets ourselves. This is not good business and I question Amalie Arena’s association with this company. I chose the seats from their site and was redirected to MyTicketTracker to purchase. Be aware when buying tickets and avoid MyTicketTracker at all cost.
