We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, as this doesn't reflect the level of service we strive to provide.

In this case, we agreed to offer a full refund once the product was returned in accordance with our published returns policy. Unfortunately, the item was returned without its original packaging, and the cables and user manual were missing. These components are required for us to process the return with our supplier.

We are still waiting to receive the outstanding items. As soon as they are returned, we will honour the full refund as originally agreed.

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally, and we remain committed to completing this matter as soon as the return is finalised.

Great service and quality products

Bought a Tow bar with Install - Paul arranged everything and made the whole process effortless. We have also bought a few accessories about two years ago which are holding up great, so speaks to the great quality of his products.
