Bad service, the worst service ever, the workers are rude, they understand nothing on it and they only talk, they know a shit about software stupid workers i hope mytek get broke in a month

The selection of laptops and accessories was decent, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very helpful when I had questions. It’s a shame because the store has so much potential. I ended up finding what I needed, but the shopping experience wasn’t as pleasant as I had hoped.

i bought a kitchen stove plaque, the delivery was so late every day they say the day after, after receiving the item, it was defected one of the stoves wasn't working. we contacted mytek again to inform them about the defect and their answer wasn't clear they kept directing us from a person to another; than they asked us to go to their facility in charguia; we wen't there and it's still the same situation they kept sending us from a person to another. that's a horrible service both costumer service and after sell services are a disaster, workers have no manners and no respect or knowledge for what they are doing. i don't recommend their services to anyone as they obviously don't know anything about online sells.

Horrific customer experience. DO NOT RECCOMEND doing business or buying anything from them. They will waste your time and it will take more than a month to get an answer. The agent responsible for treating doesn't know what she's doing at all.
