I bought a 12tb HDD from MyTechMate

I bought a 12tb HDD from MyTechMate, got a conformation letter and tracking, Almost 2 hours later i get a email telling me they don't have this HDD as they have had a problem with their Computer, so we have returned the money you spent with us 'Sorry'. This is Unacceptable, didn't try and fix the situation like sending a 16Tb, or down grade me to a 10Tb, didn't call me to let me know, i get a email saying "Woops" and "Sorry"........ Deal With It!
