Bad customer service

I am writing this review because, despite reaching out several times over the past month regarding order #17439, I have yet to receive a helpful response. My experience has been disappointing due to two main issues:
• Misleading Tax Information: My official invoice explicitly states € 0.00 in Taxes. Based on this, I expected the total price at checkout to be final. However, upon arrival in the Netherlands, I was charged an additional € 25.00 in VAT and customs fees. This unexpected surcharge is nearly 40% of the product price and should have been communicated clearly.
• Inaccurate Delivery Status: The MyTAJ system currently labels my delivery as "Rejected by addressee." This is incorrect; I have not rejected any shipment, and official tracking shows the package hasn't even reached my address yet.
It is frustrating that the chatbot and customer service emails have not provided any solutions. I hope that by posting this, MyTAJ will finally take notice and reach out to resolve these issues professionally.
