This product is amazing! Before I watched my teeth going yellower & yellower, but after only 3 days it's made a huge different to the colour & they feel cleaner as well. I will be using this ongoing now, I love it!

I could see a difference within a week…
I could see a difference within a week of using this product,the tea/coffee stains were less noticeable and my teeth felt really clean and polished. I’ll definitely be re ordering.

Thumbs down for the Whitening Pen
I bought the pen as I only have a few individual teeth that need to be whitened. The pen works by twisting the bottom to make the whitening geI ooze onto the little brush. The problem I found was that gel didn't stay on the teeth as my lips were rubbing it off. The whitening effect for me was pretty much non-existent. All in all I would say I've wasted my money. I didn't find the company were very helpful, saying that I should keep my lips off the teeth!!

This is a great product and has definitely made a difference to the colour of my teeth which are alot whiter with regular use. Unfortunately I find the price a bit high however they are many opportunities to make the most of deals as and when they appear

Zero results and refund denied!
I would give zero stars, if I could.
I used the powder as described for 14 days and saw zero results. My teeth are still as yellow as when I started and the powder was so aggressive to my gums it was painful to brush.
I asked for a refund but got fobbed of via email!
Do not buy this as it’s not worth the money

I am only writing this review as Lauren at My Sweet Smile kept asking me for one after I have already provided her with feedback on my order and I felt the response was totally unsatisfactory.
I raised with My sweet smile that the tab of the internal cover of the powder pots is so hard to open its untrue. I have arthiritis in my fingers and hands but even my partner who does not struggled to open it, pulling the tab such that half the powder flew out of the pot. I do not feel the response I received was helpful. Perhaps the product is great and works, but I wouldn't know as I lost half of it on the floor and I gave up trying to use it due to the above.

The internal plastic cap is designed to form an airtight seal to keep the powder perfectly dry and premium during transit and storage, but it should never be so difficult to manage that it causes a spill.
