Friendly contact, product is nice and sturdy, bought 2 steelplanters and a lawnborder
This company is suspect. I ordered 2 steel boards over 2 months ago for Christmas gifts. It is Jan 8 and i still haven’t received anything. I asked 3 times for them to credit my account and cancel my order. They refuse. They keep telling me it will ship. I will return the boards immediately because I had to buy substitute gifts.
I ordered in spring several products, still waiting, we have October now. They take the money in advance and don't really deliver properly. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Be careful with the payment, only choose to pay with an invoice.
Although I gave them several chances, they tried to deliver several times, but still parts missing, one was damaged. They delivered such expensive and products with sensitive coating with just a thin paper around on a pallet with a bit stretch foil. It's just like a joke, they're not honest, I'm still waiting. Write they're sorry but not really are, even try to blame the customer.
I asked for a compensation at least, and the answer was that the next delivery costs won't be charged. They can't be serious, don't manage to deliver the full order and then deliver 1 part damaged with deep scratches, write in a way like that I can't be happy not to pay the delivery costs. This can't be true and legit.
Not 100% sure, but as written by another person here, they might be fraudsters.
I will inform the Autoriteit Consument en Markt (ACM) and Verbraucherschutz in Germany. Will give them another 2 weeks from now on, if they don't manage to deliver till then.
Sorry guys but that's not how you should treat customers like and with this way of working you can't survive too long on the market!
