Absolutely rubbish, nothing like they state in their adverts. Total rip off they took £60 out of my account. I have been writing to them for over a week requesting a refund.

NEVER INSTALL IT!
They charge you almost double, I paid 145 for a year and I found other 91 euro without any agreement.
The app is completely a fake, it doesn't work, takes a lot of time to install it with all the risks connected.
Also the app installed on the mobile just work for the position and nothing else.

Terrible company make promises and do not fulfill them then won’t respond when you request to have your account closed straight away and get your refund as agreed by their terms and conditions. Only able to have the function work in one week time after that not working at all. Been sending to ask you to do this setting so that setting till you feel so frustrated. I have chatted with support countless time and submitted so many emails and still not refund or cancellation.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
This company is engaged in blatant deception and fraud. Despite unauthorized charges on my account and my rightful request for a refund, they have consistently denied my claim. Their suggestion to pursue legal action in Czech, rather than honoring my rights as a UK customer under UK law, is utterly unacceptable.

It's imperative that action is taken against this unethical behavior. They must be held accountable for their fraudulent practices and face the consequences of their actions.

I tried to perform the installation as they suggested on the Control Panel, but as soon as I started the installation the phone literally went crazy, it froze all the time and I couldn't go back to the Setting menu, the phone started to use Talk on every action I took, the volume of the phone wasn't adjustable, after various forcing and reboots I managed to go back to the main screen of the phone where I could see two MySpy labels, before buying the app I had the opportunity to chat with an operator, not a ChatBot, he assured me that there was no visible label that could be traced back to myspy etc., this App has severely disappointed me and I kindly ask them to cancel my subscription and return my money, children aren't so stupid as they think about, they knew more than we believe what electronic devices are, don't spend money on that, you will see that also mail you receive from this company will disappear on your laptop

Scam, this product isn’t what it pretends to be and the customer service after purchase is terrible.

Was scammed by this company. 14 attempted fraudulent charged from all over the world. They refuse to refund the 1 charge that did go through even though they admitted that they looked up the attempted charges and they were fraudulent. Horrible customer service because their whole business and website is a scam!

Don’t buy anything from this company.

Scenario: bought the app for my daughter iPhone to watch her Snapchat sessions. As a parent is was worried about her social media. I Paid for 3 months subscription. After download it did not work and customer services says not compatible with the iPhone model we have. So why sell the product ? Why allow the download?

I contacted customer services within 15 mins of purchase to cancel and ask for a refund. They said they will pass onto billing team. Response from billing team by Olivia Simmons says no refund issued as “I changed my mind” and did not want the product. I have not changed my mind the product is not for for purpose. It does not work on latest iPhone models.

I asked Olivia at billing department to issue my refund and sent her 4 emails she simply wishes to ignore them. If I don’t hear back I’m contacting my bank and writing to advertising trading standards as this is not acceptable.

If my £45 pays their staff bills and they are are happy to take my money from a single parent and have no conscious whatsoever then please think what kind of a company this is?

It’s almost impossible to get in contact with them.

I’m going in social media channels if I don’t hear anything back for my refund. My £45 you took can pay the dinner money for my daughter for 4 weeks or her bus fare for a month.

So do the right thing and please refund as your product is not for for purpose

This company are nothing but crooks! Even if there product doesn't work whatsoever they will never issue you a refund! They won't even answer there phones or emails! Don't buy this !!!!

What a total scam it doesn't work I have tried several times to contact them for a refund. They are so rude and don't care about customers. AVOID and don't waste your money.

I bought 3 months of bonus and the target phone never worked.

The cat then sends you to pay 12 months (422 € when I had already paid 3 months ...) so that he can perform the accesses.

Moreover, you have to root the target phone yourself with the risks involved on the target phone ... etc ... etc.

J'ai acheté 3 mois de bonus et le téléphone cible n'a jamais fonctionné.

Le chat vous envoie alors payer 12 mois (422 € alors que j'avais déjà payé 3 mois ...) pour qu'il puisse effectuer les accès.

De plus, vous devez rooter vous-même le téléphone cible avec les risques encourus sur le téléphone cible ... etc ... etc.

Never trust Anthony Russo to root the target phone...he's a total novice who doesn't know anything. He'll in fact cause damage to the phone. I wish they hired better tech people.

I’m impressed, this app seemed too good to be true, but it really works perfectly! Great job!
