Absolutely amazing! The 2 workers that were working were so helpful and we had an amazing day they go above and beyond to make sure our day was 10/10, they even gave us a homemade video of the pictures and videos we took whilst on our experience, would definitely recommend if your on holiday here and are wanting to do something for a good price and have a really good day!

Everything was great from the guys, from start to finish, I appreciated that you weren't pressured into booking but simply gave a leaflet with a WhatsApp number to message to book after time to think about it. They were very professional with the booking and everything went better than expected, we went with the jet skis, para sailing and banana boat and it made our holiday!also as a bonus you get entry to Chesters pool club. thanks lads !

My family and I had the most incredible time in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, thanks to MySoov and their outstanding excursions. We booked two thrilling adventures - parasailing and jet skis - and we were absolutely blown away by the experience!

From the moment we reached out to MySoov to inquire about the excursions, we were met with warmth and professionalism. Eli and Ben were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. They took the time to understand our preferences and recommended the perfect activities for our family of four.

The parasailing excursion was an absolute highlight of our vacation. The feeling of soaring above the crystal-clear waters of Gran Canaria is simply indescribable. My kids were thrilled, and the views of the coastline were breathtaking.

Next up were the jet skis, and it was an adrenaline rush like no other! MySoov provided top-of-the-line jet skis, and the team gave us a comprehensive safety briefing before setting off. The freedom of riding the waves was exhilarating for both adults and kids alike.

What impressed us most was the personalized attention we received. Eli and Ben went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Their knowledge of the area and the excursions was remarkable, and they shared fascinating insights about the island that made our experience even more enjoyable. All this plus the added bonus of free passes to the wonderful Chester Beach Club!

The level of professionalism and genuine care shown by MySoov was unparalleled. Booking with them was seamless, and they were always prompt in responding to our questions and concerns. They truly made us feel like we were among friends, making our vacation even more memorable.

Excellent experience with Elia. Booked the Buggy Excursion through WhatsApp; very seamless process. We were blown away by the Buggy Tour; it wasn’t a tour at all, it was a 2 hour race if anything. The track ran miles into the mountain in multiple directions, with a mixture of gravel, rocky and sandy terrain. Well worth the money. We were careful booking buggy’s as many of the tours sold in Puerto Rico are misleading and aren’t actually off-road at all. This tour was the real deal. We were collected from our hotel in a small bus with aircon and brought back afterwards; only for €4 which was very good for 40 mins each way. We also got free entrance to Chester Beach Club, which made booking with Elia worth it. We will be back next year and will be booking our excursions again with Elia and the crew.

Great experience, very helpful service and 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend, we did jet skiing and parasailing. Eli was excellent, even gave us a go pro camera to capture the experience! Will for sure be coming back

By far the best place to go an get all your adventure fun in Puerto Rico the gentlemen that serves you Eli can't do enough for you realy informative really good prices not even pushy leaves it all to you to make your mind up and saves you money on entrance fee for Chester beach club witch is a wounderfull place to unwind after a hard day of fun.
When you do book you get free sd cards to record in the GoPros he lends you to record your day so making your memories last longer.

If you are in Puerto Rico (Gran Canaria) and are walking along the seaside, close to Chester club you can find the Mysoov office. The responsible Is Elia, an Expert in his work, Who Will handle your desires in a perfect way, suggesting what Is Better for you in term of trip, excursions or whathever. We had a personal problem After a reservation of a catamarano trip, and ha was so flessibile an honest to find a solution conveniente for both. Not all the people Is able and ready to Do It! Thanks

We spoke to Luke & Eli and booked something for everyday. We did horse riding in the mountains, fly boarding, crazy sofa on the sea. We had the best time doing these activities THE BEST THOUGH we booked a Sky Dive each and hired a private yaht to finish our holiday. We had the best time ever here. ELI & LUKE were wonderful. Everything was just as they said. ALL the activities we booked were the best, safe and professional. We have been very well looked after and I can't reccommend both LUKE & ELI enough. My favourite sky diving..some would say its dangerous abroad. I completly reccommend it as it was the best experience with the most wonderful views. PRIVATE YAHT the company are so professional and it was beautiful, even swam with some fishes and explored the island..thank you so much we will be back 🥰

Breathtaking island tour
We went on a tour of Gran Canaria island and it was just brilliant to see the real Gran Canaria, the breathtaking views, the different world up there in the mountains, and on the northern side of them. We've been coming to GC for many years and we really should have done this long ago.
The people at Mysoov are so helpful, in particular Eli who is a treasure!

Great trip if you like Dolphins!
The service was spot on, with drinks included and the views of the open ocean were amazing. Nice background music and dolphins jumping in and out of the water in the scenery. I would recommend this as a fun activity for a couple or even for an entire family. Remember to have your sunscreen with you!

On our first trip to puerto rico, I wanted to propose to my now Fiancé and this is when I first met Eli, after telling him my idea, he quickly got the plan in motion, pulling out all the stops to make the day as special as he could!
Everything was timed with great precision and nothing was too much bother!
Such a lovely guy with a very big heart!
I hope The company that Eli represents understands eli is a fantastic representative and a great asset to the company!

Friendly people with good prices. It's not if the brochure says prices FR that the prices has to be the one in brochure...
If every shop would be disliked when the work with prices FROM their would be a lot of bad reviews. We've booked 3 excursions and all three of then where super!
My first stop next time on th Island will be there!

I had a very good experience. They was very honest and very helpful. We tried the buggy ride and we was very happy with it. The trip was a lot of fun, and we got a free ride to where the activity took place.
