Fraud. Never seen these before or interacted plus no website for them.

Absolutely shocking ,bought create a cake software and recieved no product activation code,have sent numerous emails and opened tickets for support but never get replies,stay away scam

stupid website made it so if you download an app and open it one time it never works again

SCAM - downloaded a product and my security system immediately detected a hack file.

I purchased the Microsoft program for my Mac. They sent instructions for a Microsoft PC. I texted the number they provided. NO response. Finally, I texted again an hour and half later and asked if this was a scam company. They responded with how can I help you? I stated that the first text explained everything. They didn't respond. I called and the guys stated that they don't have the Mac Key and wouldn't have it until 5-7 days, but I could delete the email they sent confirming the license number and confirmation of purchase so they could and wait the 5-7 days for Microsoft to send the Mac Key. Must be a SCAM company!!!

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. I purchased Microsoft office. Or so I though i had. And they sent me instructions and a product key to download from the official Microsoft website. However the key doesn't work and after trying and trying to get in touch them they simply ignored all my calls and emails. So much for their"top customer sevice". Please save yourself a lot of money and trouble and just buy the software from an official retailer. Unfortunately I have learnt the hard way.

I had problems with downloading & installing a Microsoft Office package, so messaged the company's support team late one evening.

I received an email first thing the next day, which was extremely helpful, informative & sympathetic.

I was given another product key & installed the package without any further problem at all!

I was very impressed with the level of customer service & speed of response.

Recommended from start to finish. Easy to purchase, install & works wonders!

Further to my comments on Monday I have finally solved the problem.
The wonderful world of the web is fine when performing, sadly when it doesn't it can make a small error into a big fat one.
Although mysoftware had been receiving my emails I had not been receiving any from them and so I got the wrong impression of the company. Thanks to my paying through Paypal I did have another avenue of communication.and the problem is solved, again it was a simple typo!
I hope this clears up any misunderstandings for all concerned.

It was great to get MS Office for 2016 at a bargain price.

Software was very competitively priced and I was able to download it without any problem. In order to activate it, I had to contact FSecure to get a campaign number to use in conjunction with the serial number. Ideally the need for a campaign number would have been referred to in the instructions or the number would have been with the serial number, but maybe that wasn't possible. Anyway, the FSecure helpline was very helpful and I had the software running within an hour of purchasing it. I would definitely use MySoftware again.

I purchased Mcafee Total Protection 2017 from mysoftware and was pleased with the service and easy to follow online instructions to download the software.

Worked well ,thought I was buying the box .but it turned out to be downloadable .but that was fine .

Purchased software via Groupon (Office 2016) transaction was smooth, however have noticed that there was a 3 download limit to the key information. Fortunately I'd saved to a Google Keep note else I would have been unable to attain this information easily.

Great product, but installation was very confusing. Instructions not clear. Had to call customer support to install.
