Very poor customer experience. The leggings were delivered OK, but they fall down due to poor fit and quality. Contacted company via email, website, socials, and they have ignored the contact.

I am suspecting that mysnuggs.co is a scam site.
I ordered an item for a Christmas gift but it never arrived.
I queried it after Christmas and they provided a photo of a package at my door which was a small envelope from another company and could not have contained the size of item I had ordered.
I told them this and had to chase them several times and they finally agreed and said they would issue a refund. I have not received a refund and now they don't reply to any emails or contact requests via their website.
I would suggest to avoid this scam company
Zero. F. Whatever the scale is. Ordered item (at 2.5 x the price of same unbranded item on Amazon, shame on me). Gave it to my wife for Xmas who
upon receipt asked to exchange for a different color. When I reached out to the company, they said they would have to escalate the request (despite that the item was unworn, and not even a refund but simply for a color exchange). I was told to wait 24-48 hours for a response. After two weeks of no reply, I checked in again. No reply. After 3 weeks I checked in again. I was finally told that no exchange would be offered. (!!!) Please do not buy from them. Buy the same product for half price on Amazon, and if you need to return/exchange you will actually be able to do it.
Placed my order, not knowing that the item would be arriving from China. When using the order number to I look up the arrival team on the actual website, it indicated that the order had been deliver in 2023 when i just placed my order a week ago. When reaching out to customer service, they respond by assuring me that the item will arrive in “a few business days.” After a few days I reach out, only to be told that the item reached it courier, in china, and to allow 7 to 10 business days. If this company doesn’t have inventory to sell domestically, and the consumer has to essentially wait 3 to 4 weeks, they should relay that when we are completing the transaction

Ordered 4 pairs for my family, as gifts, on Dec 8. It’s Dec 21 and I still don’t have them. I leave out of town today and will not have these. They will arrive from China once I am out of town. They were still in China, per tracking, as of yesterday. I would NOT have ordered these had I known they were coming from China or any other country to begin with so that did not make me happy that I didn’t know that. I have gone back and forth with a lady named Amy R. who says they can’t refund due to it being in transit already even though it sat in China 2 days ago. It now shows in the US as of today but that doesn’t help since I won’t have them in time to give to family. I tried to stop it when it was still in China. In order for me to get them to my family I would have to pay 4 different shipping costs to send to 4 different locations. DO NOT use them. It’s a scam. I’ll be surprised if I actually get them.
Scam site - took my money, chinese front business, no delivery and no responses. Claiming back through credit card.
Placed an order and when it arrived it was the wrong colour I ordered, I emailed to ask for it to be sorted and was told it had been escalated, a few days later I heard nothing and emailed again to be told the same thing, it’s now been over a week and I have still heard nothing.
Do not recommend buying from them
The order was supposed to be delivered by Evri however the items didn’t arrive. Evri refused to deal with the issue and passed me back to Mysnuggs, who initially responded to my complaint and then ignored all my messages. So I’ve paid for 2 pairs that never arrived 😡
