Due to your inaccurate drawing of our property, I had to go to the county to get a more accurate set back. According to your numbers I practically owned all the property to my neighbor on one side and had only 11 feet on the other which would have put my sprinklers and landscape in my other neighbor's yard. I just don't think the expense for such an inaccurate report is fair.
07/06/2026 They corrected and explained everything to my full understanding and gave me a credit that was fair. Very good company to work with and was more than willing to accommodate. Changing my rating accordingly.

As we make clear on our website, we use GIS data for property lines (unless the client provides survey data), publicly-available satellite imagery and client input to create non-certified site plans for permitting when a signed, stamped or sealed plan is not required. We didn't see a survey uploaded with your order, so we used GIS data (the same data found on most county parcel maps). We're not sure why the GIS data for your property lines was so different from what you know to be true (it may have been the satellite overlay) and we would very much like to hear from you to better understand the specifics. Did my whole site plan submission in one day

Plan was at too small a scale for my purpose. Some of the dimensions were odd and difficult to understand what they were referencing. I needed the distance from the house to the property line but the drawing shows the distance from the edge of roof to the property line. I paid to have the utilities locations shown but they completed the drawing without asking for that information.

Hi James -- Thanks for your feedback. We're so sorry your experience with our service wasn't 5-star. As you may know, we'll make any changes within the scope of the order free of charge for 90 days. While your drafter hasn't received any change requests from you, he will be more than happy to assist you with any revisions you may need. You mentioned the measurements from the roofline of the house to the property lines. We measure from the rooflines because we cannot see the wall lines via satellite imagery. If you need measurements from the wall lines, that's not a problem. Just let us know what the roof eaves measurements are (12", 18", 24" etc.) and we can revise those distance measurements from the wall lines to the property lines. You also reference the plan's scale in the order notes. As you may know, in addition to the size of the property, the paper size to which the drawing is scaled can dictate the best scale to use. You requested a custom paper size -- 22x34 -- so we scaled according to that. If you'd like us to adjust the scale, your drafter can do that too. Lastly, you purchased the Detailed Site Plan/Residential, which does include utility lines. As indicated in the order form, the customer needs to provide the location of those lines. We would very much like to hear from you by phone when convenient. Our number is 800-969-6415 and our phone lines are open M-TH 8am-10pm MT and Friday 8am-4pm MT. Please ask for Lisa. Great service and fantastic response time
From the first contact we made with Lisa regarding our need for a site plan, we were impressed with the knowledge and suggestions that were made to help us determine the best plan to go with. After some period of time for consideration, when we decided to go ahead with MySitePlan, she again was very helpful. The drafter she connected us with (Roberto) was also easy to deal with.
